Ola! Faço essa reclamação por um motivo realmente necessário. Quero deixar bem claro que o COUPERT não está mais pagando meus (cash back). Há muito anos uso sites como ALI EXPRESS, SHOPEE e outros sites relacionados ao COUPERT para realizar compras online, quase todos o dias. E já tem um bom tempo que estou constantemente realizando compras nos sites citados, porém, esse tal de COUPERT não está mais pagando meus (cash back). O site até fala que eu tenho (cash back pendentes), e eu tenho muitos mesmo, porém a plataforma não me paga mais. Eles apenas confirmam alguns cash back, mas o valor disponível sempre é o mesmo, ainda que participamos, mas nunca aumenta o meu saldo que fica sempre no mesmo lugar. Além das imagens fornecidas como provas, também tenho outros prits disponíveis se quiserem que eu prove mais evidencias. Meu valor de cash back disponível nunca chega no valor exatos, ainda que a gente participe do ouro. Sei que até hoje, nestas últimas compras de 2026, ainda não conseguir sacar nenhum valor de cash back. Se fossem olhar a quantidade de cash back que eu já deveria ter ganhado em 2026, o valor seria compessável para mim. Mas, ao invés disso, eles ficam tentado me obrigar a migrar para um plano VIP que eu não quero de jeito nenhum. Meu cash back nunca chegar no total de saque permitido, aliás, este tal de direito de saque deveria ser bem menor para sacar. Tem até cash back cancelados, além daquele que eles confirmam mas não pagam. Sei que tem outras plataformas que pagam honestamente, e vou procurá-las. É grande a frustração e o constragimento. Muitos estão dizendo a mesma coisa, sobre a dor de cabeça com o COUPERT: acumulam o dinheiro com seus esforços, e na hora de resgatar via PayPal ou quando o saldo deveria aparecer, o sistema falha ou a empresa some.

Hello! I'm making this complaint for a really necessary reason. I want to make it very clear that COUPERT is no longer paying my cashback. For many years I've used sites like AliExpress, Shopee, and other sites related to COUPERT to make online purchases almost every day. And for quite some time now I've been constantly making purchases on these sites, however, this COUPERT thing is no longer paying my cashback. The site even says I have pending cashback, and I do have a lot, but the platform no longer pays me. They only confirm some cashback, but the available amount is always the same, even though we participate, but my balance never increases and always stays in the same place. In addition to the images provided as proof, I also have other screenshots available if you want me to provide more evidence. My available cashback amount never reaches the exact value, even though we participate in the program. I know that to this day, in these last purchases of 2026, I still haven't been able to withdraw any cashback amount. If they were to look at the amount of cashback I should have earned by 2026, the value would be worthwhile for me. But instead, they keep trying to force me to migrate to a VIP plan that I absolutely don't want. My cashback never reaches the total withdrawal amount allowed; in fact, this so-called withdrawal allowance should be much lower. There are even canceled cashbacks, in addition to those they confirm but don't pay. I know there are other platforms that pay honestly, and I will look for them. The frustration and embarrassment are immense. Many are saying the same thing about the headache with COUPERT: they accumulate money through their efforts, and when it's time to withdraw via PayPal or when the balance should appear, the system fails or the company disappears. And they even block access to the site for some people—how can something like this happen?

I was a part of Coupert for over a year. There was a period of time where I was allowed to convert my Gold to Cash, and eventually cash out once I had reached a benchmark. Well, that option is gone and I cannot convert my Gold to Cash without making some kind of "acceptable" purchase?
I can't afford my groceries! I'm not going to waste my hard earned $$ at Sephora to buy some makeup I'm allergic to just so Coupert will release my 3.66!
So, I give it all up and am pissed that my time & energy was wasted.
Oh! And stay away from Honey too - its the same scam (unless you have $$ to blow on random online Chinese garbage).
