Recent Redemption Changes Make the Rewards System Disappointing

I have been using HotDeals for a while and previously had a positive experience with the rewards system. The platform stated “No purchase needed,” and I was able to earn points through tasks and redeem rewards without making purchases.

Recently, however, the redemption rules appear to have changed. The first redemption is now limited to $2, and after earning more points, users may be required to make a purchase before they can redeem another gift card.

This is disappointing because these conditions are significantly different from what I understood when joining the platform. Users can spend a lot of time completing tasks and earning points, only to discover additional requirements when they try to redeem their rewards.

I hope HotDeals will clearly explain these changes and consider restoring the previous no-purchase-needed redemption system.

Overall: The rewards system was much better in my previous experience, but the recent redemption restrictions have negatively affected my experience.
