Delivery is blocked since 6 days
Delivery is blocked since 6 days in a parcel shop. Carrier does not want to deliver because they have a problem with their app. When carrier is contacted, they say only sender can make an inquiry over the parcel.
I’ve contacted Tom Rockets twice already. They say i have to wait that parcel is returned to get my money back. But parcel is there in a parcel shop in a nearby street !!!
Intolerable that Tom Rockets is doing nothing ! They have my money and I don’t have my products. Saying it’s the carrier’s fault is not correct. They are customer of this carrier ! Make it work

Overall the ordering process was easy to do on their website with little to no confusion of product details, which I can't say that for a lot of site.
The other great thing was they had my stuff ready for the next scheduled pickup by DHL within a few hours.

Even though I haven't used all types of products bought the service (communication with members of the company) has been friendly and prompt.
On that note I wish to point out that one of the poppers was not sealed well and as a result the parcel had a recognisable odour.
