No Customer Service
I received a defective product (a broken press stud, present immediately upon arrival) and wanted to file a warranty/defect claim — not a voluntary return. Support misclassified this, insisted on a return-policy clause that doesn't even apply to a defect claim, and rejected my complaint without any verifiable inspection. When I raised the possibility of a legitimate chargeback, I was threatened with debt collection. For a €48 item, this is a completely disproportionate way to treat a customer simply exercising his legal rights. Very disappointing experience.

I won't say it was great but wouldn't say it was bad either I deducted 1 star for the fact that Jacket wasn't in stock when I ordered even though it said it was and then my money was refunded by revolut because it wasn't take in time and then all of a sudden my Jacket arrived and the money was taken again from my Revolut without checking if I still wanted the Jacket and putting my account into arrears
