* Support Smartphone QUIKLOX - KIT ÉTUI ARMOR PRO ET SUPPORT DE GUIDON : article conforme à la description, facile à installer, semble correspondre à mes attentes.
* Support top case Shad Top pour NT 1100 DCT ES 2026 : ajustements approximatifs, 2 entraxes sur 4 sont légèrement décalés. Donc 2 vis de travers, serrage un peu particulier mais ça devrait tenir.

Everything is fine

Everything is fine, just time from order confirmation to sending are long.... Anyways, the prices are one of the best you can get.
Parcel came good condition. The was four different parts for specific motorcycle model. And all of them fits perfectly.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.

The company does not actually ship the goods, but instead provides a tracking number that does not work. After contacting customer service, I was told that the carrier had lost the parcel and that a replacement order would be sent.

Unfortunately, nothing has happened. No new shipment, no valid tracking number, and no real solution. They keep making promises, but in reality these appear to be nothing more than empty words.

I have paid for the goods, but I still have neither the order nor reliable information about when it will be delivered. Communication may sound reassuring, but the company does not follow through on what it promises.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should be very careful before placing an order.

I placed an order for three items on 22…

I placed an order for three items on 22 June, and as of 10 July, I still have not received anything.

During this period, I contacted Motoblouz customer support several times. They informed me that one item was unavailable and that the other two items would be shipped separately. The parcel was sent via GLS, but it appears to have been lost. Motoblouz has tried to obtain information from GLS, but GLS has not responded to their enquiries, and the parcel status remains unclear.

After calling Motoblouz again, I was informed that one item is no longer available and will be refunded, while the other two items are expected to be sent in August.

Motoblouz customer service was responsive, polite and willing to help, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience remains disappointing due to the long delay, changing availability information and the lost parcel.

My main frustration is with GLS and their lack of communication, but as a customer, the overall purchasing experience with Motoblouz has still left me dissatisfied.
