First time I made a order of 250 Euros stuff from this company online to be dispatched to Sweden, even after weeks I have no information if the ordered has been dispatched and neither does there phones works to call them and talk to them. I have sent numerous emails and none got replied, I order same stuff from other companies from Germany and got delivered within a week time. So please if any company person reading this review, can you help with it here.If no help then I need to contact Paypal about it and report it. Thank you.

This dealer never shipped the ordered products, never send track & trace information and never answered email.

I strongly suggest that you find alternative online webshop than Medikamente Per-klick.

they work very slowly, you can wait a week for the order to be sent.

I placed order for items marked with 1-3 days delivery time. In 5 days I haven't received any updates according to my order. Customer support doesn't respond on messages.

Made two orders a week ago. The products were in stock, so Medikamente Per-klick promised a 1-2 days delivery time.

Now, a week later, I haven't received my orders, haven't gotten a confirmation that my orders have been sent, and Medikamente Per-klick refuse to reply to my e-mails. Not sure if I will ever receive my orders.

First time using this service.

The ordering process is straightforward on the website. A "traffic light" symbol next to each medicament indicates if they have it in stock, are running out of it, or if out of stock. Once the order is shipped, you receive an automatic email with a DHL tracking link for the order.

The waiting times mentioned by some people usually mean that some medicament(s) became out of stock in the meantime and they are waiting a bit to have them in stock again to send the complete order.

In my case, the medicaments ordered were meant to reach my home country facing shortages of medicaments and the travel day was approaching without having received the order (8 days from ordering to receiving). On day 7, I called them on the phone (late afternoon) and they were really understanding of the situation, I agreed to remove from the order the ones they had out of stock (really 1 or 2 from a big list), and less than 2 hours later the package was shipped, arrived to me the next Morning (16 hours after my phone call).

It was my experience that via the number Bestellung / Service 09280 - 9844 44 it was not possible to reach them but I called the other number on the website Pharmazeutische Beratung 09280 - 9844 450 and was attended by the person who took action.

Overall a very positive experience, here I am rating the fact that their customer service did not only listen and do nothing as too often happens but took action and solved the problem. They were understanding as well that I needed the order in the next two days to take the medicaments with me, and adjusted accordingly. This is not to be taken for granted and from there the 5 stars review.

I have ordered on 9th November and nothing received so far. Last week , I have asked them about the status of shipment , just received an automated email that they will take care an we should not write subsequently. It is almost 15 days after order. Cancel my order and send my money back . They are irresponsive , untrustworthy , reckless. NOT RECOMENDED:

Ordering products is easy. The prices are reasonable. The delivered products are correct. Delivery is fast.
I don't need to add anything to that!

very good service and delivery is pretty fast, usually within 2 business days (delivery from Germany to Luxembourg). I am really happy and highly recommend it !
