I disliked the messaging system
I disliked the messaging system. Also I do not believe that my answers were understood correctly and replied to appropriately. The other issue I had was with your app since I had tried to purchase a previous Bamboo Top Handle Gucci Bag but the app wouldn't allow me to see the item in my shopping cart and proceed to checkout. In any case this is the item I had concentrated at first and I prefer it to the other from the same seller.

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING.My order for diamond necklace was…
My order for diamond necklace was accepted and credit card charged. Got a message next day from seller that said 1st Dibs had advertised it at wrong price and they wouldn’t honor it. 1st Dibs also refused to honor it. I’ve had a lot of retail experience and the customer never pays for the mistake. Very unhappy with how these two very large companies handled the issue. So just BEWARE.

Thinking of signing up as a seller? DON'T.
They present themselves as a premium marketplace. They are not. In my experience, it is essentially run through a South Asian SSC, where customer service is appalling.
Once they have your credit card on file, they can hit you with seemingly random fees and then simply claim they "received approval." Challenge the charge with your cc company and suddenly your account including outstanding sales revenue is frozen.
Avoid this platform. It is not worth the risk, frustration, or hassle.
