Great products and amazing customer service
My experience with Alvin in the Customer Services team was faultless. I asked if my order could be expedited and he did his utmost to ensure this happened, communicating with me at each stage. I received the dress today in time for the event I'm attending tomorrow so would like to express my thanks. Alvin has set a new benchmark :) The dress looks amazing. Am very pleased.

I am disappointed with Wolf & badger’s lack of customer service. I received an email offering 10% off, but the coupon was rejected at checkout as expired. After contacting customer service, they confirmed the coupon was actually valid but still refused to refund the 10% discount. A company should stand behind its advertised promotions and take responsibility for its mistakes. This experience has significantly impacted my confidence in this company, and I would hesitate to shop with them again.
