Wilson and Carter exhibit they are in London and claim 30 day return and/or refund. Shirts arrived very late. They actually replied to my emails apologising but when eventually arrived the shirts were horrible and poorly made. And probably packaged by a child.
Sent numerous emails asking for refund and return. No answer. I called the UK mobile number and no answer. This is not a company, it is a sole traded scamming people. Citizens Advise have been informed and they are after them. 😀

Agree with every comment if you have paid with a credit card or debit card you an ask your bank to step in which is what I have done as soon as I told this scam of a company
then the emails started to come but got fed up with the crap offers. So have put it in the hands of m bank .I will keep you up dated.

Absolutely shocking company nothing but scammers. Clothing nothing like advertised on website postal address in China which the Chinese Package Company says its not a true address & is often used by unscrupulous company to return cheap clothing items. So even if they say you can have a refund when the item reaches them there is no guarantees it will get there, another lot of money wasted supposedly returning it back. The Company office address is a Virtual Office address in America. Disgraceful company avoid at all costs ,still trying to get my money back ,don't be fooled by Wilson & Carter of London . They pop up on FB adverts , on Google adverts so be aware.They only got one star cos it's impossible to give them none.

Order two jackets/coats, assuming, as others have I was dealing with a London based company. The items took a long time to arrive. I had them delivered to a parcel shop, so I’ve never even seen the parcel. Then I was ill and unable to collect the parcel, so the parcel shop returned it to Wilson & Carter. I asked for a refund, and after numerous emails, I still do not have any refund, the return was done by the parcel shop on 14th October and today is 5th November. DO NOT DEAL with the company. I so wish I had researched better, but the website is very convincing!

This is a company based in China and all yes all the cloths are nothing like the photos trust me, they're cheap for a reason

This is the most dishonest company all fake they are Chinese not from London.Also use fake photos of items they are selling.When you get it cheap crap that you wouldn’t even wear.They must be making a fortune from people.Surely there is something that can be done to stop this company selling.Honestly do not touch them .You don’t get your money back either pure scam.

Totally agree with the other reviews normally I check out what I’m buying but I also thought it was London based and genuine.
I ordered a dresses for £39.95 apparently reduced from around £250, they arrived yesterday in a plastic bag and the quality absolutely dreadful.
Sent an email to return goods immediately but 24hrs later heard nothing. I don’t normally write reviews but feel this company need reporting.

If zero or minus stars were available, that's what they'd get. shocking deceitful business. The goods came were absolutely cheap copies of the very professional (and I'd think stolen) images on their deceitful website.

Do not use this company. Terrible experience.

I ordered trousers and waistcoat as they looked great on the website, only to have delivered the most awful looking outfit that was nothing like they have advertised and the most awful quality!!!
Currently battling via email to get them to tell me how to return the items.
All they keep doing is offering me a 10 or 20% refund or the full amount to spend on their website.

When I then replied with a strongly worded but polite email, I have had no response from them, so I have emailed again and if still no response then I will be contacting my credit card company......absolutely fuming!!

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. They say money back guarantee they don’t pay the full amount back. Rubbish sizing, awful material . False advertising overall crap company

Ordered online but as the item would have been a duplicate Xmas present, cancelled the order within 30 minutes. Refused to honour my request stating because it was over 15 minutes, the order was already sent to the warehouse. This is a blatant false statement. Contacted the bank now to get money back... PLEASE Don't buy from this company... Totally dishonest

I bought 3 pairs of shorts from this company in July which arrived 3 weeks later. They were way too small. Spent 6 weeks trying via email trying to return the goods and get my money back. Finally got an address from them in China, after quoting Consumer Rights Act 2015, as goods were not of satisfactory quality nor as described.
Only got my money back after involving my bank, so it can be done. Just need to get the £27 postage back now.

Wouldn't even give 1 star, ordered a pair of ladies boots took a while to arrive so clearly not based in London, when the boots eventually arrived i couldn't do the zip up not because my calfs were too big but because the zip just wouldn't budge and didnt want to force it in case I broke it, sending them back was an absolute nightmare, the only way to contact them is through email they then took a couple of days to get back everything I emailed! They then wanted photos of the boots before offering me a 15% discount which worked out at £7.49 because if I was to send them back to them it would cost me! So I didnt bother but now have a useless pair of boots and out of pocket! They clearly are not based in london more like China

They don’t even deserve 1 star. The outfit is a scam. The products appalling, cheap and nasty and nothing like the web description. I asked for return details, none given. Asked for refund, none given.

'Fake company' DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from their website. Items don't arrive how they look on line. Quality is appalling. Returns are almost impossible. You will waste your time and money. Don't buy from them. They are not in London, they're not in the UK. False advertising all round.

Awful awful awful. Cheap quality, products not like the image, poor customer service, no free return. simple avoid is a scam. Their website is a scam as they make you believe it has a brilliant trist pilot score. AVOID

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Wilson & Carter to think twice.

I ordered a pair of Rhianna loafers for £39.95. Unfortunately, they were too narrow and uncomfortable, so I contacted the company to arrange a return and refund.

What followed has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

The website advertises a **30-day money-back guarantee, easy returns and hassle-free service**. However, the reality has been very different.

Initially, I was offered a replacement, but was told I would have to pay a £10 shipping and processing fee. I declined this. The company then offered a free replacement of another item of the same value, allowing me to keep the original shoes.

I accepted that offer and selected another item from their website. I clearly confirmed that I was happy to accept this replacement at no extra cost.

Instead of acknowledging or arranging the replacement I had selected, the company simply ignored it. They subsequently offered me a 30% refund or store credit. Neither was what I had agreed to.

When I pursued my original request for a refund, I was finally given a return address in **China**.

This is where things become particularly concerning.

The returns policy refers to sending items to a "central warehouse" and says customers are responsible for return postage. However, it does not clearly tell customers that the warehouse is in China. There is a significant difference between an ordinary return and having to pay international postage to send a £39.95 pair of shoes halfway around the world.

I was also only told after requesting a return that I must use tracked postage, keep proof of postage and provide the tracking number. These requirements were not included in the returns policy I had read.

So, despite advertising easy returns and a money-back guarantee, the customer is faced with an overseas return address, potentially expensive postage and additional requirements that only become apparent after trying to return an item.

The customer service has been equally disappointing. I have had to repeatedly explain the same points, and the company has failed to properly address the replacement I selected in response to its own offer.

**My concerns are:**
- A returns policy that does not clearly identify the overseas return location.
- Potentially expensive international return postage.
- Additional return requirements not clearly stated in the published policy.
- A free replacement offer that I accepted, but which was subsequently ignored.
- Repeated attempts to offer partial refunds or store credit instead of properly addressing my request.

I have tried to resolve this reasonably and have given the company several opportunities to put things right. It should not be this difficult to resolve a £39.95 purchase.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. The promises of easy returns and hassle-free customer service have certainly not matched the reality.

**Please be aware of the potential difficulties and costs involved if you need to return anything. I would not choose to shop with this company again.**

Do not, I repeat, do not ever use this company. It is a sham. The clothes are appalling quality. They are printed fakes. Please do not be fooled.

We ordered on line and the delivery was late.
When the item arrived the quality was very poor and did not look like what was advertised.
I have tried to return this item but as yet they are stalling and not providing a return UK address or returning my emails.
Do not order from this company and save your money… Avoid at all costs
