Great place.. Until you want to ask them anything!

I've sent 4 emails over the past two weeks with a simple question about return costs, because it's nowhere to be found on their website.

They aren't answering. I keep receiving emails asking how my experience with their customer service was, but there is none!

Then I tried calling them. The first three times they hung up right away,

Then I was actually (number 1) in their waiting queue, and after 10 minutes in the queue they just hung up again.

I called back, and was number 5 in the queue.
I wonder if I ever receive an answer regarding the return costs, until then, no way I will ship their item back or pay for it (I luckily chose an afterpay method so I have not paid for this item yet).

If you value customer service, don't buy here as there is none. transparency is also not to be found. What a joke.

Finally managed to get in touch with the customer service and got the help I needed from a sweet lady, then I received a call from Emil to follow up on my review.
I guess I've just been unlucky with my experience, they claim they answers my emails but I haven't received anything besides from their auto-replies - not in my spam either.

Hurtig levering, god kvalitet og god kunde service.

The website is very easy to navigate and make an order. The order came quickly and included everything I ordered. Good service again.

I found yarn that was half the other prices as on other similar websites. And they always have great discounts.
Also, I have never had someone deliver so fast. I placed the order on Sunday night, and the package was delivered on Tuesday morning. Amazing.
This is the only place where I'll buy my yarns from now on.

Quick shipping and large selection of yarn

Prices are good and the processing time is fast if they have everything in-house. The selection is great and offers too.
If I may mention something to improve the service, sometimes, the web stock does not reflect reality and you get trapped in an spiral of substitutions and delays.
