worst customer service
I bought siome yarn and the color of their pictures was wrong, I ordered and paid for a label and didn't receive it. I emailed them several times and still no answer. I will contact my bank now, this is ridiculous!

Disappointing customer service
The customer service was disappointing. Several of my email inquiries were ignored. I also discovered that their system does not allow applying a gift card more than once, which was not stated anywhere on their website. On the positive side, they did handle a return efficiently when I received a misleading yarn colour, and the process was free and straightforward. However, it has now been over three weeks since the return, and I have not received my refund. At this point, I have neither the yarn from my second order nor the refund from both of the orders. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing a gift card from this store to anyone.

Poor customer service and long time delivery
I placed my order on a Thursday, on Monday afternoon I received an email saying there was a stock error so the order hadn't been sent asking if I could change the order. Even though mistakes happen, it would have maybe been more professional to notice it before 3 days had gone by when they advertise 2 days delivery, and if not to have sent the items in stock first. I still answered and on the day after I received an answer saying my order would be sent. My order was not sent until two days after. And it took another 3 days for it to be delivered. So overall more than a week delivery even though they advertise 2 days... Additionally whenever I contacted them, about the change in order and the fact that the order hadn't been sent yet, there was no ackowlegment of a mistake by their part or apology and even though I wrote in english they wrote back to me in danish.
