Reship is a phenomenal service and I have been using them for over a decade now. My only issue is that the price of shipping has increased two to three times more than what it used to be. It cost me more to ship than the cost of the product on my last use.

Hidden fees
Yes, the website works and I get my package, but the hidden fees are crazy. It told me that it would cost me like 12 bucks to get my package, but once it got to the warehouse it said "okay now give us $40." So yes it's legit, but I would have loved to know how much it was gonna cost me before I used the service.

For the amount I paid for my package to be shipped from Canada to Texas I would expect better packaging. My box arrived SMASHED! The only reason I did not contact reship is because my item was not ruined. But paying close to $100 in shipping fees, you all need to label “fragile” on the items! And they had another package that wasn’t mine taped to my package so I’m hoping I didn’t pay for the shipping on it.

Expensive but good so far
The reshipping service speed is pretty fast. The process feels relatively simple. More photos would have been nice but I was happy to get one. I just wish it was cheaper. 1x hardback book cost me roughly $50USD (so $100AUD) for a $35 book. I'd do it again though, for those special books only available in other countries...
