they took almost a month to send a small parcel, i never got answers if they had lost it . i talked to various people in service but never got answers.
i have been usting your service alot and this got me thinking what is going on over there?
when the parcel arrived the modules were broken and i could not return them. also i had to rent a car while waiting for the parts. i want answers from someone that has resposibilites over there.
I was willing to pay $15 for urgent shipment request processing alongside a $120 DHL Express shipping rate for essential medical and labor recovery supplies. Being 37 weeks pregnant and having just relocated internationally two weeks ago, timing was critical. Instead of receiving basic assistance, I was trapped in an inflexible, sequential warehouse process and hit with multiplied fees:
TRIPLE RETURN FEES DUE TO STORE PACKAGING: I requested a return on 3 items to reduce total weight by 1/3, customs, and an unexpected $30 flammable handling fee for essential oils for aromatherapy during labor. Because Amazon delivered my order across 3 separate boxes, this forwarder charged three individual $8 return fees ($24 total). They treat one return request as three distinct charges even though they came from the same order and I didn’t choose the split into multiple packages.
REFUSAL TO PROCESS RETURNS & SHIPPING SIMULTANEOUSLY: Their system forces a complete 1–3 day return process before the remaining items can be consolidated and shipped. Despite both actions having separate digital paper trails (a merchant return label and an internal shipping request), warehouse staff is not allowed to pull the return items and consolidate the remaining medical supplies in the same step. Paying for "urgent processing" is completely rendered useless if your order is held hostage by a sequential return queue.
SCRIPTED SUPPORT WITH ZERO FLEXIBILITY: Customer service hid behind repetitive, canned apologies. When asked if warehouse staff could coordinate the return and forward-shipment together, support claimed strictly following standard procedure was the only way to prevent staff mistakes. This demonstrating zero problem-solving ability and a complete lack of trust in their own warehouse staff.
Their logistics model refuses to adapt to real-world, time-sensitive situations. If you need urgent items shipped forward, look for a company with flexible, human customer support.
Be aware! A scammers company, they deducted annual fees despite offering free trial period, and despite claiming to offer 2 years free premium subscription with Mastercard they deducted full 1 year subscription immediately. When i tried to contact them and explained what happened, they did nothing and ignored to refund!
I have been using the MyUS.com service since 2020. Their customer service is excellent; they offer competitive shipping rates and provide quick delivery. All of my items always arrive in good condition. I highly recommend MyUS.com
The whole concept works well. My suggestion is when a package arrives, the value entered should be based on the purchase receipt rather than an estimate . Αnd I am satisfied with the settlement reached regarding my previous purchases.
Claim to care for packages but rarely do. Sometime packages are lost at their warehouse. Very careless use of blades when opening packages to inspect them, often damaging the contents. Items are repackaged by partially shoving them back in their boxes and any bags they were in TO PROTECT them are shoved on top offering no protection. I'm tired of having my items damaged or misplaced.
This medium is fast compared to others.
But twice expensive as other competitors.
STAY AWAY!
They lost the package after confirming it was received. Wait, that's not all. they also didn't return the money i sent for the shippment and decided to keep it.
This company has become extremely bad. I've been a premium member for years, but recently their customer service has deteriorated significantly, with poor waiting times and, even worse, they've been unjustly deducting money from my credit card account on top of the monthly membership fee. Each time, the deduction is made under false pretenses like "address correction" or "dangerous shipment," etc. The latest incident involved deducting twenty dollars from my account without my knowledge. There are many reputable companies in the market that deal with customers more honestly than this one. They've started collecting money from customers under false pretenses and excuses, and when you complain, no one responds or contacts you. It's a terrible experience, and I recommend joining other, better sites that respect customers and don't take money from them without their knowledge under false pretenses.
Charged me for an order that was not mine, and did not refund the money. Said they would refund the money multiple times, never actually received the refund.
I strongly suspect internal theft at MyUS (Access USA Shipping). Despite endless emails and contacts, they offer zero replies for so long, clearly hoping I will just give up or forget about my property. Staff seem to exploit local retail deliveries (like Instacart) that lack standard international tracking numbers. My goods were successfully delivered and signed for on July 6, 7, and 9, 2026, but they are completely missing from my Suite 707-002. I highly advise everyone to avoid this company and look for alternative shipping providers who respect their customers!
