I ordered from this store and never received my refund, despite being repeatedly told that it had been processed. My bank confirmed that no refund was ever received.

The products also appear to be shipped directly from China, despite the website giving the impression of a legitimate European store.

Be very careful before ordering from this website. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it at all. I strongly advise checking independent reviews before making a purchase.

Extremely disappointing experience – €226 lost so far

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing from beginning to end.

When I placed my order, I was informed that the items would be shipped within approximately 3 business days. In reality, I waited around 3–4 weeks to receive my order.

The order did not even arrive together. Part of it was apparently damaged during shipping and had to be sent again, resulting in an even longer wait before I finally received everything I had paid for.

On top of that, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the clothing. In my opinion, the quality does not remotely match the prices charged. The dresses felt very cheap and poorly made. I paid around €30 per dress, but based on the material and overall quality, I personally would not consider them worth more than around €10.

When I decided to return the order, I was then required to pay approximately €50 in international return shipping costs and send the items abroad. This was particularly surprising because the company presents itself with a German name and the payment transaction appears under a company located in the Netherlands. I certainly did not expect such expensive international return shipping when placing my order, and this was not made sufficiently clear to me beforehand.

Unfortunately, the worst part has been trying to get my money back.

My return was successfully delivered, and I have been waiting for a refund of €176.91 ever since. I have contacted customer service repeatedly and received numerous almost identical responses telling me that my refund is being processed, that my case is a “high priority”, and that their finance department is dealing with it.

On 26 July, I was even explicitly informed in writing that my full refund had already been processed and that the money would appear on my original payment method within 5–10 business days.

That deadline has passed. I still have not received my refund.

Instead, I continue to receive repetitive, seemingly automated responses telling me that my case is still being processed. After weeks of communication, I am now having to involve my bank and request a chargeback.

Between the €176.91 that has still not been refunded and approximately €50 I had to pay to return the products, this experience has cost me around €226 in total.

After the extremely slow delivery, the poor quality of the clothing, the expensive international return and the ongoing problems obtaining my refund, I cannot recommend this company.

I don't even know where to start. First. I have ordered one pair of denim. On the check out it has just added another item which I have never even looked at. Something in a size not for me at all. However. The system did not let me cancel the purchase process and it has deducted the money for that unwanted item from my credit card. The same minute I have send a message to the support informing them of the error. They told me that it was to late to cancel and that the item has already been packed by the warehouse. well, no it wasn't. Because only about 6 weeks after they sent me a message that item has now been sent. An item I never ordered. That is what they do. They send you items you didn't order and just make you pay. Also they sent me an email claiming if you make a review on trustpilot they will refund you 100% of the money of your purchase. Another fraud. That is why they don't have a 1 Star review. DON'T BUY OF THIS COMPANY. Also they import the items from china, re-stick an address on it and send it off again within Switzerland. These denim jeans are worth 5 CHF if even. Cheapest quality, unwearable. We are now collecting cases and are going to Verbraucherschutz. Please email me if you have made the same experience with this company. Together we can make a difference and can stop this kind of cheating companies in the internet.

Everything seemed to be perfect until i got the clothes: Cheapest quality made in China. They were stinking so much! I got an allergic reaction from the chemicals in the clothes. Sending things back to an obscure adress in Canada (!) is complicated and very expensive. An expensive shopping "adventure".

Bad quality. Scam.

I received the wrong item. The dress did not match the fit or the color at all. After contacting them through the website, I was repeatedly put off and the seller never responded. One star is already too generous.

It's a scam. Selling low quality with nice marketing. My shoes smelled terribly of chemicals, which doesn't suggest high quality. The return shipment is to be sent from Germany to Canada at my expense. The company offers you after this trouble a discount if you keep the shoes.

I ordered a blazer in mid June, had excellent customer service and updates , I received it few weeks later , with poor quality fabric and a bad smell.
It is suppose to be free return but it is not and also you need to send t to Canada. It also didn't look like the picture and the fabric was so cheap and thin and transparent ... Of an office blazer. No hassle they say... Well it's a lot of hassle as the return to Canada costs more than the product and I have to pay for it .
They offered me 15% money back or ship it with a tracking number to Canada on my own cost .

So far so good. Fast order preparation and good communication.

This company is a scam. Buyer beware- their shipping takes ages and when whatever you bought finally arrives, you'll realise it's terrible quality. Plus, if you want to return it they require you to pay for tracking to Canada, which will cost more than the items themselves and, as they are fully aware, makes it not worth your time or money to try and get a return. I purchased a pair of shoes that came wrapped in a plastic bag and layers of tape. They were misshapen, horrible quality and not even close to the size they were labelled as.

Absolutely awful!! Do not order from here. I ordered a pair of boots, waited over 4 weeks for them to arrive and when they did they were nothing like the image on the website. This site misleads people and robs thems of their money. As for getting a refund for an item you never ordered, good luck!! Impossible customer service by a bot called Emilia or Heidi, relentless emails from them yet no regard for basic consumer rights. Do yourself a favour, save your money and block this site from ever appearing on your search engine as it is a complete SCAM!!!

I actually regret giving this company a positive review after my first order.
My first purchase went well, so I assumed this was a trustworthy company. Unfortunately, my experience with my second order completely changed my opinion.
I received the wrong swimsuit, and the item also had a manufacturing defect. Despite providing photos immediately, I received repeated responses saying the issue was “being investigated,” but no real solution was offered. Instead, I was expected to pay for the return shipping of an item that was both incorrect and defective. In my experience, the customer service was extremely frustrating and focused on avoiding a proper resolution.
Personally, the whole return process felt so difficult that it made me question the reliability of the company. They respond very quickly, but the replies seemed repetitive and did not actually resolve the issue.
Another thing I found concerning was that the clothing I received did not have labels indicating the material composition.
I was genuinely happy with my first order, but now I realize I was simply fortunate that nothing went wrong. The true test of a company is how it handles problems, and unfortunately, this company failed that test for me. They have lost what would have been a loyal customer.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend buying from this company if you want the reassurance of reliable customer service and a straightforward returns process.
