Horrible customer service!!! It was great when it was Primo only but when they got bought out by ReadyFresh it has seriously went downhill as the bill continued to rise. I would not recommend even attempting to deal with these people

The ONLY consistent thing about this company is the routine failure to do the one thing they are in business for: deliver water. Their dishonest delivery drivers will often mark deliveries completed having never shown up. Today I was double billed for a delivery that doesn’t exist. In my mind this is theft. Their customer support has NO ABILITY to resolve ANYTHING. reaching them is the only thing more difficult than getting water delivered. How the brands they represent allow this to continue is either desperate or ignorant. I’ve never seen a service fail more consistently than this company.

I love this service. They deliver the jugs directly to me and take the empties, and are always on time and at a good price. I love having cold or hot water instantly when I want it, and that is great tasting (sorry tap water). You can skip orders or adjust how much water you need. These people are very accommodating and friendly about it

This is my second review. My firstbI mentioned an issue where they don't deliver reliably and I was out of water and they didn't cone when promised snd they never correct delivery mistakes same day....well at the time if my writing I was upset that my promised delivery didn't come and I called abd she couldn't promise me anything but the following week. Well that day has come and they still haven't come and I my app says something unexpected happened. So I am canceling today...been on hold 15 mins already waiting to tell them to come get this machine. And maybe just maybe I will be at home to answer the door on the date we agree on. Cause hey, its no big deal to renege on agreed upon dates.

Incredibly unreliable!! I never get my deliveries on the date scheduled. I don’t recommend, I have to call their customer service every month and fight to get my water delivered. It’s the only vendor in my area that delivers spring water

Deliver was supposed to be skipped. Company changed days and attempted to deliver early. CS Rep was stuck on her teleprompter and when I asked her to stop apologizing, SHE APOLOGIZED!!!! PLEASE... Just follow instructions...

The absolute worst service I have ever used in my life. They owe me money. I’ve had to pull the recorded conversations where they promised to refund my account. The card on file that is they never have. They would deliver water when I didn’t order it charge me for it, not refund me for it. The machine was broken. The customer service is terrible. This company should be out of business.

Ready Refresh is terrible to work with! Especially since they got bought out/switched to Primo Brands. Truly awful!!! The delivery service was a hot mess - NEVER ran well. The dates for my water delivery order was always changing - which was extremely frustrating as we constantly need water. And I could never count on when it was going to be delivered. Customer service was a joke - they did absolutely nothing to help! Finally, I just cancelled my service with them because it was just horrendous and continuously frustrating. Will never go back to them! Also, when I cancelled, they sent emails about how they can get me back -- all I could say in my response is to see any of my previous emails/complaints about the service (but also that they would never get me back as a customer)... I was a customer of theirs for several years and was truly trying to give them a chance to get things straightened out after they merged with Primo Brands - but after a year +, they clearly had no intentions of correcting or making their service any better.

Water comes when expected although they did recently change the brand of water with no expected recuperation date of what we like to purchase

This is an incredibly dangerous company. You will be locked into a lifelong contract with no real way to get out. The company attempts random charges on a regular basis and cancellation is impossible for the average customer, even one willing to spend hours on the phone. They are incredibly predatory and you will be punished for being a loyal customer of many years. Avoid!

Terrible customer service they have charged my card almost 1000.00 accidentally and I have been trying now for three weeks to get the money back on my Amex card. Scam company order water from another co.

Customer service and quality of the entire order-delivery process went downhill after the merger/acquisition. Literally everything that previously worked flawlessly went into the crapper. It was so bad that we cancelled our delivery service (also a multi-month nightmare) and bought a reverse osmosis system to replace the water cooler.

Impossible to cancel the account. They are finally updating the website, so maybe an email will work. They say call to cancel, then never answer! I wanted to leave them about a year ago. Had to skip deliveries a bunch, AI chat they have is a garbage algorithm, the worst I have ever seen. Water is water, it is fine, but you can't leave if you join.
