I have been sourcing my peptides from PurePeps for several months now, and it has honestly been one of the best consumer experiences I have had with any supplier, in any category. Ben and his team have been consistently responsive, often replying within minutes of a query, and they offer multiple ways to communicate securely and efficiently, not just some web based customer support portal. Every order has shipped next day, arrived perfectly packaged, and the product quality has been spot on every time. Beyond the basics, they have followed up proactively to check everything arrived well and that I am happy with results, offered ongoing loyalty discounts on repeat orders, and thrown in free additional products more than once without me asking. It genuinely feels like dealing with a business that wants long term customers, not just a transaction.

This stood out even more because of what I went through with a previous supplier before finding PurePeps. They had a flashy website, but that is where the flashiness ended. The rest of the experience was awful and unprofessional: they shipped only half my order, took days to respond to any follow up, and when they eventually sent the remainder, it arrived as an unlabelled vial that I was not willing to use or trust. They refused to refund me for it, and I ended up having to raise a dispute through PayPal to get my money back. The contrast with PurePeps could not be more stark, and it is a big part of why I am now a loyal, repeat customer.

Wow what a great genuine company I found… the prices are the best around & the delivery was super quick. I ordered on Monday & received them on Wednesday & I’m in WA…. Everything was packed securely & they even included a free pep with a handwritten note….the products are 10/10 …. Big thumbs up ….I reckon these are the best in Australia by far

Aside from a really great product, and the products are top notch, the customer service is epic. I live in regional nsw, so far the two orders I have made where on a Monday.. I received them ON TUESDAY! I never get packages delivered that quickly.

Also, the little touches like little gifts and a little hand written note on your invoice.. makes the whole thing a really great customer experience!
