Outstanding customer service and excellent products

The entire purchasing experience exceeded my expectations.

The communication was excellent from start to finish. Their customer service was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to solving every question quickly.

The products arrived well packaged, professionally sealed, and exactly as ordered. The quality of the packaging and presentation gave me a great deal of confidence.

Not what it seems

I ordered retatrutide 12mg. The lot number listed on the vial (is a date and not an actual lot number) does not match the lot number on the COA that is listed on the website. The COA on the website is cut off at the top. I went to the third party website to try and confirm my product is actually retatrutide. Nothing on the vial I received matches anything on the COA. I reached out to support 5 days ago and have not gotten any clarity on this issue, only a message that my concerns and evidence (photos of vial and COA) were sent to management. Upon follow up, still no response. With the information I have, this vial could contain anything from retatrutide to Chinese drywall. I expected someone to respond to me in a timely manner and provide proof that what I paid for is what I received. I attempted to leave this as a one star review and am unable to complete the review. I changed to 4 and it worked. Seems like a scam to me.

So far so good

So far so good. Ordered Bcp-157, TB-500 Semaglutide, Glow, MeloTan 2.. All seem to work how they should. Shipping is lights out fast. Most of the time from order placed to my mail box is 3-4 days tops.

Pricing is a little more than other companies. But you get what you pay for. The fast shipping and quality make up for any price difference. I’ll keep ordering as long as they keep up the fast shipping and quality.

If you are seeking out cheap pricing I’m betting you’re not getting great quality and shipping in 3-4 days.

I’ve ordered four times twice I got it…

I’ve ordered four times twice I got it asap other two times they were sold out they don’t let you know it’s impossible to get a hold of them , it’s hit or miss and than it’ll take weeks to get a product or even a response if you want reliability than then this isn’t the company. Products are good when you actually receive them, product sold out again and can’t get a replacement I have to chalk the 85$ as a loss this time .
