I tried to renew my VPS, but every attempt ended with an error while the payment was still deducted from my account balance. My VPS was not renewed, and my money is gone.

The worst part is the support. I opened a ticket, but after more than two hours I still haven't received any response. This is a serious billing issue, yet there is no urgency from the support team.

Charging customers without providing the service is unacceptable.

good service but later they take your email client without telling you anything you ask youself why i can't go in my business mails and than you ask in the support and you only get it get

that isn't a settings problem, so you can stop hunting for one. We disabled s***.de on our mail platform because spam was being sent from it. The domain itself is switched off on our side, not the individual mailboxes — that's why no login works, whatever you change.

We won't be re-enabling it on our mail servers. If you need mail for s***.de, you'll have to run your own mail server or use an external provider. The DNS for the domain stays with you, so you can point the MX records wherever you want.
"best moment" if you need important things from your mails

My VPS was blocked after apx 1 hour.
They have told me that it was because of email spam, but I am 100% sure that I did nothing wrong.
Could happen to you as well.

I've been with prepaidhost for about a year now, continuously paying over time for their monthly rootservers that they offer. They are genuinely one of the best for your money value offers you can buy on the internet, the quality and speed you get at such a cheap cost is genuinely unbelieveable. Combined with this, the uptime has been absolutely fantastic - only becoming unavailable ONCE throughout an entire year for me which i see as an impressive feat considering most services have downtime or maintenance which can cause instability.

Found the offering on LET, fit the budget.

Was a bit skeptical at first, seemed too good to be true. Pleasantly surprised by the performance, it delivers exactly what I was promised.

Only con i can think of is downtime for a few minutes every now and then (once every month at max)

i got their vps , and it performed good , although i switched to a different provider for different needs , but prepaid host def has my respect , mostly because i have recieved no downtimes and the performance has also been good for this price

I had good experience with them just the anti ddos needs to be improved for tcp ports apart from this the support is excellent . I told them that i wont renew since the vps was offline due to ddos still they were kind and wished me luck. I hope to come back soon.

Update: After reply to today ticket i might keep since they said in ticket firewall is monitored and adjusted accordingly .

I paid for a service that unfortunately I did not receive.

I am sorry to say, the worst experience ever.
After first payment and Server request, I had to wait 12 Hours for Admin to link my server and answer my ticket with "Hey everything worked fine, we had no issue in our end."
Then after reintalling the server from beginning, the server is not accessible anymore with SSH from outside, even if I contact them again, will be the same response, they not accepting their problems inside

Server has also terrible Drive speeds.

I’ve had a VPS for just over a year now with prepaid host. For the price I’m paying it offers great value and has been reliable. I’ve had to contact support once due to a mistake on my side forgetting to apply credit to renew the server, and even for a low priority ticket support were incredibly quick to respond and helped resolve my issues.

u guys suck. no help what so ever. customer service didn't even attempt to help me with my problem. just attitude and links that were dead. i still have money in paysafe there and i will never use it with u. it will just rot away.

System performance and the price is actually pretty good but sadly they've a big internet problem and it sometimes just stops working (not that my internet is bad). If you gonna use the OS Ubuntu, the whole root server wont work because of unknown issue. Debian does work though
