Awful experience…
The items ordered were packed with absolutely no care/no protection except one very slim paper craft, even though they were three large hair styling sprays (considering it’s quite sensible item when carried with no protection) and just like in the previous order!
Result: 2 of the 3 sprays arrived damaged.
Items very literally shaking in the box.
Once could be considered an unfortunate mistake, but twice clearly shows this company’s lack of professionalism and consideration for customers’ online purchases.
I do not recommend buying from this platform, even if the prices may seem competitive. Use at your own risk…

Received my parcel, and one product in it got broken and leaked inside the parcel. I was offerred 20% discount on that item, which corresponds to 3 euros. What a joke. When i said i am not happy with such compensation, they asked me for a full photoreport of the inside the parcel. Though i provided the photo of a damaged product earlier. No trust in customers, and cheap compensation policies. Will not order anything from this business.

Excellent choice of products. Well packed and value for money.

They're as incompetent as it gets:
- Ordered on 1st of April.
- Contacted them on 6th only to get some bs automatic mail saying it might take them an extra 36hrs to "prepare the order" before sending it.
- Recontacted them on 13th to ask for a refund since they seemed shadey.
- Got a half baked apology mail saying they will process refund in 3-5 days.

Always pleased to find the parfumes with a reasonable price or some local spanish parfumes which can be your new favorite! Thanks for delivering in the locker, it’s much easier to pick up the package!!!

Here you can find some of the best prices on many products. Shipping is always quite fast, everything is carefully packed, and overall the experience is excellent. I order regularly and will continue to do so.

Missing items & no after-sales response

I placed an order on Perfumesclub and paid in full. When the parcel arrived, two paid items were missing.

The customer service team asked me to provide photos and documents, which I did immediately and in full.
However, after that, they stopped responding completely and have not processed any compensation, despite multiple follow-up emails.

I am not requesting compensation for damaged items, only for the items I paid for but never received.

Extremely disappointing after-sales service. I would advise other customers to be cautious.
