Pararius plus actually notifies the minute the houses are up for rent/sale. I have only received viewing requests where I was able to respond within 10 reactions. I got my rented apartment and I am happy. Thank you for your service.

A trustworthy platform for housing applications. The content and eligibility of the offers are the responsibility of the housing agencies, not the platform itself. The website works fast, and applying for properties is easy. It features useful filters and a map view for exploring rental options. I haven't had any issues subscribing or canceling; the premium features—like insights on other applicants and email alerts for new listings—are a great addition. While I haven't needed to contact support, the overall experience has been smooth.
However, a few improvements could be made. It would be helpful to add more details to the user profile to skip intermediate submission forms required by some agencies. Additionally, adding extra filters like "Regions" and a visual radius tool on the map would make searching even better.

Thanks for writing this out so carefully, it is a genuinely useful read. Good to hear the site feels fast and that the filters, the map view and the Pararius+ extras like seeing how many people already responded are doing their job.
Your suggestions make sense to us. On the profile: the Huurprofiel already lets you share your income and living situation in one click when you respond, although some agents still run their own form afterwards, and that part is up to them. A Regions filter and a radius tool on the map are a different story, so I am passing both on to the team that works on search.

The website is very easy to use. You can receive email notifications when new properties are listed, so you can be one of the first to respond. You can also see how many people have already responded to a listing. After that, you can easily get in touch with real estate agents. I found my apartment in one month ;)

I managed to find one in just one month in the Netherlands.
While still outside the Netherlands, I spent months on other platforms without success, without even a confirmation that my registration had been received, so I decided to sign up with Pararius.
I arrived in the Netherlands on June 31st, signed up with Pararius on July 14th, and signed my rental contract on August 1st. It was 15 days of constant searching on the Pararius platform. My email inbox, always full of recommendations from Pararius, was what made the process possible.
I'm one of those cases who managed to find a house after a month in the Netherlands.
I highly recommend them...

Easy to navigate website which helped me quite well in finding a flat in Leiden, which would normally be almost impossible. But with their almost immediate updates of new flats it was really manageable!

As an international student moving to the Netherlands at 18 for university, looking for the right place amid a housing crisis was an extremely daunting task.
