Alerts were fast and covered essentially all advertisements I could have found by myself. Also it has access to websites I had no idea about. I could apply to each opportunity very early. It allows to filter out paid websites (still, I recommend not doing so, sometimes even paid websites allow for free application, so I filtered each paid ad manually). You can also see why your search is not matching a given ad, so you can adjust it.

Super useful! I have found a house after 4 weeks!

It was great! I found a house super quick. You do have to put the work in, respond fast, go to viewings, and be a good applicant, but you can't even get the first step if you don't reply to the viewings as they come in. Great service.

Stekkies alerted me to house listings hours before even the dedicated mailing lists of the rental agencies. For a competitive market like Amsterdam, I managed to get invited for many viewings and eventually found a place I am excited to move to. Worth every penny!!

I didn't get my place through Stekkies, I found it by searching on Pararius. However, I was able to get invitations for viewings only after I started using Stekkies. It definitely helps a lot.

The app isn't always user friendly. Also it's a bit confusing to see where your new advertisements are.

Would have preferred if they made it clearer before subscribing that you only get alerts and cant respond to the houses directly, and clearer that you can only make 3 search preferences. That are each limited to a region and can't get alerts of every advertisment through the Netherlands at the same time.

Other then that, very good. The app gives alerts from different sites when there is advertisment that matches your preferences. If you turn your notification on, you can stay up to date with the new houses on the market. Very handy if they give the house away based on the first few that reply.

Very good for getting alerts for properties across different websites as soon as they are posted. This way I have found a rental property that satisfies all of my needs!

I've had Stekkies for 3 weeks and it's been a great way to keep up to date on the latest properties in my search. Before having it, I felt overwhelmed by manually searching all the various sites everyday, but Stekkies does the searching for you so you only have to give your energy to relevant listings. I'm only receiving eligible options, it's easy to use with clear responses so I know what I've checked and what is new and it's a great way to have peace of mind that I'm not missing out on any opportunities. I recommend for anyone entering the rental market in NL at the moment!

Works quite well. Not always the quickest to find the new listing, but does definetly a good job
