The overall experience was great
The overall experience was great. Sadly, FedEx sent a few confusing messages about the parcel being dropped late and then it won’t be delivered the next day. Luckily, it was just a strange message and the parcel arrived in less than 24 hours!

Parcel compare booked UPS and didnt collect and kept my money
Parcel compare booked UPS. UPS missed collection so I rebooked. UPS missed that collection and then UPS chancelled. I havnt had my momney back £26.00.

Courier failed to pick up my parcel
Courier failed to pick up my parcel to be delivered. They gave me two different pick up times one from parcel compare(09:13am) and one from royal mail parcel force(10:13am) I have had to drive 220 mile there(yes the parcel was there and I collected it)and 220 mile back. Shocking customer service and still waiting for a response
