Firstly I ordered a dress, then they gave me a discount if I order another dress, which I did. BUT they put the same dress in my order. I never received a tracking number and its nowhere to be seen. I've lost almost $200 Australian dollars and no dresses. STAYAWAY from this scamming site
The item received is nothing like the photo or the description on the website - 'Galissa - Soft-Touch V-Neck Cardigan - Beautifully knitted with an artful mix of floral embroidery and subtle patchwork' Not knitted, but printed polyester poorly made - no embroidery just print of knitted fabric and embroidery.
When ordering, a pop up offering 50% off, but this actually meant 50% off a second same item.
I contacted them, requested to cancel the second item but was told I could only choose a different colour.
I would never buy from this company again. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have.
I have received 2 garments that are hopelessly too small despite ordering 2XL to ensure they would fit. In order to get proper fitting garments Sydneywear ask you to pay a further 30% purportedly for shipping, however the garments are really inferior and not worth another penny. I will not purchase from this company again.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! Bought a “linen” dress that is made of cheap polyester. It says linen dress on the actual description of the item!!!! Been emailing them to no avail. Terrible product and non existing customer service.

I bought 4 items from this site and all 4 of them are a complete scam. Nothing like they advertised. Cheep material when they're advertising linen etc. Ive been getting the run around for nearly 2 months now to get a refund of which they would only offer me 30%, and make it almost impossible to return the garments, which will never be worn and are only garbage worthy. Still havent seen the partial refund and now we are arguing about how many pieces I ordered. Its just not worth the runaround so I'll likey give up. But please DO NOT order from this site. Its a total scam!!!

I bought an item that looked like it was made from light denim fabric but it turned out to be 100% polyester fabric.
It looks nothing like the pics on the website. It’s super baggy giving it an awful shape once it’s on and the sleeves sit 3/4 up my arm so the body and sleeves are completely out of proportion with each other.
It is completely NOT what I expected and it’s just another lesson in being careful what you purchase online- especially if it’s not a known brand.
The company calls itself SydneyWear but it is made in China and shipped from China so it’s a misleading name to go with its misleading images.
Every now and then I get caught out and mistakenly buy something that in no way resembles what I was shown or expected.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and if you do, make sure you fully understand what you’re purchasing. I would return it but it’s just not worth the cost and effort- but I know one thing for sure, I won’t be wearing it.
