I returned 2 pairs of pants to the return address in NJ provided at my own expense and never received acknowledgement or compensation for anything. I believe this company, based in Hong Kong and advitising on Instagram is bogus and a sham!! Beware…

I ordered the wearbella knit hoodie
I ordered the wearbella knit hoodie. The item i received did not look as good as the online version. It was not worth what it cost. It took a long time to receive and when it finally did there were no tags in the clothing at all. Not the size, or material it was made from, nor washing instructions. I would be wary of this website. I will not be ordering again. Also, i could not find where you could leave a review from the website.

Clarendale clothing is a joke
Apparently, they use AI to show beautiful clothing and when you get it, it looks like something from the trash. I need to get in touch with them because I have told my bank to refund my $74.00 and I’m willing to return this Garbage. They are very slick when you asked to return they want you to give them an order number, but when they finalize the order, there is no order number on the order form nor is there one in the horrible clothes they sent. I want to get in touch with them because I want my money back and they can have this Garbage back.

Do not order from this company.
I ordered the brown dress with pleats and satin on the bottom and a sweater on top on October 1st. It finally arrived to me on October 30th. With horrible tracking - it was impossible to follow.
Finally received it. It looks nothing like what I ordered. It is cheap almost see-through sweater material on the top. The skirt says that it hits ankle, not calf. I am 5'2 on a good day and it hits me mid calf. I wish I could attach photos.
Do not order from this company.
I put a review out earlier - it's gone.
I see the company replies to all with a canned, copy/paste message. I will be back to talk about the refund process.
DO NOT ORDER.
*Update: return process is ridiculous. Sent me 4 emails to try and avoid giving me my money back. Offered up to double what I paid in store credit and to let me keep the dress. I do not want this dress and would never order anything else ever from this store so told them to just give me my money back.

Wonderful customer service.
I was too much off on my sizing on my first order, and to my surprise, the company didnt ask me to return the items that didn't fit. They offered to replace them with a better size, and told me to keep the originals! What wonderful service. I am now loving my new sizes and will definately order again!

Recently ordered the Batswing Dress for a wedding. The dress for the most part looks like the pictures; however, the fit was too loose and long. I emailed customer service and within 24hrs. they emailed me back. They wanted pictures of the dress itself. I sent the pictures but a full refund of my money was not offered. Only a (transferable)store credit, or a partial refund. I personally think if they would have seen how baggy the dress was, they would've offered a full refund. I opted to accept the partial refund, because I didn't see anything else at the time I wanted to purchase. Other than that, the process was easy enough and the agent was great.

The images used online are copies
The images used online are copies. They are not the images of the garment you are buying. These garments are fake they are copies of stolen images. The quality is not the same. The fabrics that are shown online are of a higher quality. You spend good money on a garment and receive a fake. When you ask customer service for a refund to return the garment
you have to pay for shipping to Hong Kong or they offer you a 10% back and you keep the garment. You lose no matter which option you pick. This company is scam and I would not buy anything from this company.
Update - I did reach out and did not get the refund I deserve.

The item looked nothing like what was pictured. However when I tried it on my husband thought it looked nice. This was bought to be a fall walking jacket … but is now an indoor sweater for work. The fabric is very (!!) thin and the “denim”is printed polyester. It is well made but the materials are not at all what I expected.

Clarendale's selection of clothing is full of very desirable items and very modern for women today.
The pants tend to run small so size up.

Cheap fabric, won't honor refund policy
The quality of the clothing received was more like a Halloween costume. Things that look embroidered were actually just printed on fabric, sweaters had knit that was so open that you could see right through the sweater, other outfits felt like the quality of a Halloween costume, there's no other way to say that.
Before I bought from this company, I searched online to make sure that they had a return and refund policy that stated that they would take returns and offer 100% of your money back after you pay for return shipping. However, upon sending customer support emails to ask for the return address and process, they continually come back to you and offer you more store credit to keep the items or a very small percentage of your purchase price on your return card to keep the items. Not only do I not want to keep the items, I don't feel like they are quality enough to donate to someone else either. They have never once offered me a 100% refund for the purchase price of what I bought.

Never purchase anything from this company . The quality of the fabric is poor . The return procedures are almost impossible. After many emails I finally received a shipping label to an unknown address. I am finally giving up and eating the cost of 2 dresses and $13 shipping fee. This company should not be allowed to operate in the US.
