Easy to order simple to fit looks awesome

It’s a total scam. Wish I had looked at reviews before placing an order. Took two and a half weeks to be delivered, from a company based in the uk. They have took my money, ordered a cheap strap from china and had it sent to me.

The strap does not fit the watch it is designed for.

Bought a watch strap from this company and it does not fit what they said it fits, the lugs do not aline up.
I have been emailing them since the 22nd and sent now about 5 emails.
I have asked for help on returning the goods, but have had no response to any email.
Do not buy.

Sorry previous purchase went well and I left a good review reflecting this as I felt this was deserved as other reviews were poor.
Now I know why ordered again a Tudor rubber strap in a different colour, didn't turn up at all and we are two months on. Comms not answered at all and inbox still continually bombarded with 20% off offers continues to rub salt in the wounds. Sadly I advise to avoid. PayPal refunded monies in the end.

Strap was a different colour and had a poor fit to the tudor watch i purchased it for. I wrote to the company twice to explain - and never received a response, the returns procedure is crap, how do you return unopened?
I would suggest people avoid using this company as they dont seem to care about quality or customer service.

Item still has not arrived despite ordering a month ago. Tracking shows it as still being in transit. Very disappointed as this was a gift for my son’s birthday.

I emailed Swiss Link Straps as I wanted to return the product but didn't hear back from them. Frustrating

No order confirmation. No order number. No reply to seven emails chasing the order which took four weeks to arrive. However, the money was debited within 24 hours. Dont touch them with the proverbial barge pole

Website gives you the impression that they are a company trading and delivering from the UK.
You only notice the warning signs when you look at the "Contact us" and you realize there is no phone number, no business address and an "general" email address that if you email them they do not reply.
There is no mention that shipping doesn't mean from somewhere in the UK to you, its actually all the way from China. In my case it took nearly two weeks to arrive, in which time I gave up and bought elsewhere. I have emailed them FOUR times to get a return address and get a refund and no reply.
Glossy web page but underneath is a bunch of scam artists.

Non existent customer service. I had bought the watch strap and it's unopened, tried to contact for a refund but no response from the team... Reached out multiple times

A disaster of a customer service. No reply to countless emails. To be shunned.

Ordered a strap, did not arrive, no reply to any emails. Id give leas than one star if possible. Basically a scam website

I ordered a watch strap, I've contacted them multiple times trying to get a refund but they have ignored all of my emails. They were unresponsive, please do not order from this place

The strap I ordered did not fit the watch rendering it totally useless. Save your money and don’t touch these cowboys with a barge pole.

Ordered a strap on 22 January. It was apparently sent to a drop off location, but after going on three separate occasions, it was not there. I emailed Swiss Link Straps after the first time, but they never bothered responding. The non-existent strap has now apparently been picked up from the drop off location and sent back to the sender. No communication from the company or the courier. Definitely would not use them again and will be seeking a refund.

Awful quality - watch strap split after the very first wear so is now unwearable. Have sent an email but never received a reply.
