Great quality, fast and secure shipping!

Great company and A+++ Customer Service - had a lifetime warranty issue with a Rubber Moonswatch Band (was cracking and tear) and WristBuddys had no issue replacing. Shout out to Alex and Johannes on the CS team for helping get this done very quickly - as I’ve needed this replaced ahead of an international trip coming up next week

Have purchased multiple straps from them and have been happy each time. High quality, fast shipping. Also I really really appreciated their customer service - one of the times they accidentally shipped me a slightly wrong order (right strap, wrong color case for a royal pop). Not only did they ship me the correct case but even included a whole new strap as well! Great customer service. Will be a lifetime customer.

Ordered a leather strap and deployant clasp. Their size guide said I should get a small, so i did. When it arrived it was too Small. I sent an e-mail explaining my problem. They sent me a new one free of charge and didn’t even ask for a return of the first one!

Amazing in both its aesthetic and quality!
Paired it with my TAG Heuer Carrera.

The light weight and flexibility of rubber along with a texture that looks and feels like leather. Amazing!
The clasp on the other hand is very secure yet easy to open and close.
Fits on my time piece like they were created together and for each other.

Was a little concerned upon ordering that the band length may not be long enough to fit me comfortably, But it did not dissapoint. With extra length to spare. And then the CTS or Cut To Size groves are easily utilized to customize it.

I do though highly recommed getting a spring bar tool to aid and make easy the install process. I can only imagine the frustration of attempting that without one. I personally bought the High-End Spring Bar Tool from them. Will come in handy with other installs and with swapping them out later if needed.

ONE MORE VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE. Their Customer service is extremely helpful. Quickly responding to any inquiry or concern. Standing by their Product And taking any and all steps to satisfy me with my purchase. That alone would make a return customer of me. Thank you Ms. Johanna.
