My experience with the supplements is good. I was recommended Sunday Natural by a friend a few years ago, and I have not regretted shopping most of my supplements with them. I am only a bit miffed with the business of recommending a friend. I have done this recently, but I have not had the benefit of receiving the "thank you gift", as I need to spend at least 50 Euros to get it!!! I have contacted Sunday Natural to moan about this, but I have not heard back from them. To date I have bought supplements from them for hundreds of Euros, so, spending an extra 50 Euros is not a big deal. But I found this extremely cheeky of them, to call this a gift. They are acting completely for their own benefit, which I find disgusting.

Fantastic company and products I find them very good and effective would definitely recommend them five 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

BIG CONCERN about hygiene seals

I ordered Sunday Natural Magnesium Malate because of its reputation for purity and quality.

The first bottle arrived with a hygiene seal that had one corner torn off completely, revealing a hole directly into the bottle. The entire seal was wrinkled and slid off easily. It appeared to have been removed and re-glued, with a white pritt-stick like residue. Customer service kindly sent a replacement, but unfortunately the replacement has the same issue: the seal looks manually glued on and slides off with almost no resistance.

I have not used either bottle. I don't consider “high-speed automated production” an acceptable explanation for a hygiene seal that is not securely sealed. A supplement should be protected against contamination, moisture/mould and tampering. When the seal can simply slide off, as a customer I have no way of knowing whether the product was properly sealed under controlled conditions or whether the seal was subsequently reattached.

For a company that places such emphasis on purity and quality, I find this extremely concerning and would expect much better packaging integrity and quality control.

EDIT* I changed my rating from 1 star to 2 because customer service responded quickly and issued a full refund, which I appreciate. I cannot rate it higher at this stage though, as I would need to see the packaging integrity improve before I feel confident using the product. I genuinely hope this is something Sunday Natural addresses, because I would like to be able to trust the product in the future.

Quick delivery to Denmark and high quality products.

The products are probably of good quality, but what bothers me is that there is no option to leave a review for individual products. The overall presentation of the brand also comes across as quite self-congratulatory, which gives me the impression of an arrogant company.

The products are good. The service and the delivery times and prices are horrible. Overall, after having ordered several times for very important amounts, I am not satisfied and will find a more reliable and trustworthy supplier.

The order was received correct and very fast. Also a small issue with the login was sorted out in no time.

Very disappointing. I ordered this product and, while I was away, it was left directly outside my front door in 30+°C heat for just under a week. Normally, I would expect a parcel to be taken to a depot or left with a neighbour, particularly when the product is heat-sensitive.

The packaging itself states that the product should be stored in a **cool, dry place**, so I’m very concerned that being left outside in those temperatures for almost a week may have affected it.

I’ve contacted the company several times, but I’ve repeatedly received what appear to be AI-generated responses telling me to smell the product to check whether it’s okay. I have no idea what it is supposed to smell like, so this isn’t a particularly helpful way of determining whether a heat-sensitive supplement is still safe or effective.

I’m also disappointed that there was no clear warning at the point of ordering about the product being particularly sensitive to heat, or specific delivery instructions to prevent this happening.

I’ve been looking forward to starting the supplement, but I’m not prepared to risk taking it without proper reassurance that it has been stored appropriately. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting for a proper response from the company.

I was told the product was sent out on Thursday 20th but I haven’t had a tracking link through or any update.

Edit: I’ve added some more stars as the replacement did arrive, but communication is very poor, it may be that they are struggling to keep up with growth.

I've been ordering from Sunday natural approximately a year now. I'm just about to order omega 3 complex. I eat organic food & organic supplements.
sunday natural supplements are on a relevant level for me. They are superior quality supplements and I have to say that this company does a fine job with research and products and giving good descriptions & pricing .I buy their, coenzyme q10,calcium, potassium, choline and copper. I personally highly recommend this company. I normally don't do a review unless you're really good or really bad.
In this case, keep up the good work sunday natural.❤️

I found the shipping a little slow, but I received my order with no issues and I’m happy with my purchase.

Product not as described – very disappointing

The product I received does not match the description and ingredient list shown on the website. According to the information provided on the website, the product was not supposed to contain magnesium oxide. However, the label on the product I received clearly lists magnesium oxide as an ingredient.

This is extremely disappointing, especially when purchasing a supplement based on its advertised ingredients. I expect the product I receive to match the information presented on the website.

Unfortunately, after this experience, this is the last time I will order anything from this website. I feel misled and very disappointed with my purchase.

Great Vitamin quality. Much better than the overpriced solgar vitamins that require an ultra high dose because the vitamin absorption is so bad

I am happy with the products I got. The bottles are made of glass, darkened and sturdy, which is especially relevant for the algae oil I also bought. But there are two main reasons I can't put my full trust in this company. First, they sell various all-in-one formulations with 10 to 60 substances in one supplement. The issue is: a lot of the ingredients aren't included in meaningful amounts. There will be an expensive supplement with 25 ingredients listed and a bunch are far below their effective dose. The body can't conjure up health improvements just by being shown an idea of a chemical. You actually need to give it the raw material to work with. That's not harmful but people pay for a product that has Taurine or Citicoline, marketed as " 60+ active ingredients". So making these ingredients part of the marketing seems shady and unnecessarily decreases credence.
Second, I can commend the quality of the bottle and packaging but I can't speak to the quality of what's inside. They do say they aren't allowed to publish the tests of their partner laboratories but there are ways to get external, public validation of your product's safety and quality.

Horrible Company. Scamming the customers.
They pretend to be a UK company by having a website ending with co.uk prices in GBP, but in fact they are based abroad.
The use of AI as customer service is frustrating and patronising.
They falsely promise short delivery.

Appreciated the quality of the products, carefully selected ingredients, environmentally friendly features, like no plastic use in packaging. The entire process from ordering and delivery was seamless.

We bought 2 bottles of Cholin from Sunday Natural and both smell like rotten eggs. When approaching the customer service, they claimed that this was normal but we bought several bottles of Cholin from 2 other providers since and none had the problem.
When requesting to return our bottles, the customer service was very unclear in their communication but ultimately did not let us return the products as they were opened (though it remains unclear to me how I should inspect the quality of a product in a dark bottle without opening it and the quality did not meet the requirements).

I won’t be purchasing any products from this. Company as they are very misleading with their test certificates and cannot show customers what the finished product contains. This is what I received from customer services :

“Please note that we only keep Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for raw materials, not for the finished product. These documents are internal and, unfortunately, cannot be provided individually to customers.”

How can they claim to have tests and expect customers to believe what they claim to have in the product is correct per batch when they can’t even disclose such information?? I shall be purchasing elsewhere

Almost all of what I have to say is resoundingly positive, and that should be the takeaway. Amazing product range, fantastic company values, clear and easy to use website, competitive pricing, accurate delivery time estimates, products just as described/pictured, lightning fast customer service (for post-purchase questions)... I'm sure there are more!

In fact, the only aspect in which I would score them less than 10/10 was for the automated AI bot that initially responded to the questions that I sent to customer services. It answered one of my questions incorrectly and luckily I had a sneaking suspicion it was wrong, so when it did connect me to a customer service agent they were able to advise me of the correct information.

Overall I am raving about Sunday Naturals and can't wait for my next order :)
