Chris was amazing
Chris was amazing. He was knowledgable and thorough. He was patient and answered my questions and concerns before I even asked them.
I have been a longtime client and have been so disappointed with Slomins systems ie. cameras etc. Although very little was updated, by the time Chris left, he had positioned cameras and explained the new app as well as revisiting the benefits of the original app.
I am no longer going to cancel. He was also so refreshingly humble in regard to his expertise. When I criticized the inadequacy of the Slomins office people's knowledge, he defended them explaining the difference of in person vs phone contact.
Finally, although I know from past experience that their schedules are very tight, I at no time felt the pressure of his possible time constraint as I have before. Thank you Chris. You have gifted me a whole new experience of Slomins.
I am not traditionally a reviewer when asked; thus I have even surprised myself at the depth of this review.

Fixing the system
The technician Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining to me what was wrong with my system. After he replaced the needed parts he explained how to fix the system if the problem happens again.

We needed 6 alarms and only received 5
We needed 6 alarms and only received 5. We have always used a fob and we were told it would be replaced we would have to buy it. I called to schedule another install for 6th alarm and have not been able to contacted. Been a customer for a long time and just signed 5 year. Contract not hapy

Horrible company
Horrible company. Doorbell camera wasn’t working for six months before they replaced it with a dollhouse doorbell. It’s a doorbell that you plug in the wall and the sound comes from that plug in. Can’t hear it in most parts of the house. Unbelievable!
