I recently purchased a bmw 330e from S James prestige and the service they provided was excellent and the car is perfect thanks to all at S James prestige it was tom who looked after me mostly he was brilliant

Everything from start to finish was incredibly easy! I had the pleasure of speaking with Michael and he helped me through every step of the way as well as following up a few weeks later to make sure I was enjoying the car and everything was going well.

Had a slight mishap with the original car I was looking at, But within a few days I was given the option to wait for the original car or swap across to a near enough identical one.

The extra services they provide are great! And not ridiculously expensive compared to other dealers!

When I went to pick up the car. The staff in the dealership were all incredibly friendly and wasted no time in getting all the boring paperwork out the way. While also making sure everything was understood.

Can’t fault S James Prestige and highly recommend them to anyone looking to pick up a new car!

Purchased a BMW iX3 and Michael was extremely helpful throughout. Due to being in Scotland they also sent additional videos of the car which really helped. Unfortunately they do not offer delivery so Car was collected by a transport company bit of a delay with paperwork but on the whole great experience. Car was just as described absolutely immaculate and now enjoying driving it. Thank you

The after care was excellent too I’ve had x2 messages over the period of 1 month making sure eve is ok.

It was my first time experience with S. James Prestige and bought me self a nice E- Class Coupe Mercedes Benz with help and advice from Natalie and Michael.
They’ve answered all my questions in a very professional manner and understanding.
Pretty straight forward from the first call to the day I came in to collect the car which was well prepared.

If you're paying cash, don't waste your time with this dealership.

I made enquiries on around five different vehicles and every conversation followed the same pattern. The moment I said I was paying cash rather than taking out finance, I was told the vehicle was "pending a finance application" or effectively sold.

Out of curiosity, I submitted an enquiry from a different email address saying I wanted finance. Unsurprisingly, I received a prompt and enthusiastic response. That enthusiasm disappeared as soon as the salesperson realised I was the same person who had previously enquired about buying outright.

The most telling part? Three weeks later, three of the "sold" vehicles are still advertised on their website. I was also promised a call back from a salesperson, which, unsurprisingly, never happened.
It speaks volumes when a business makes it harder to buy a car with cash than with borrowed money. If customer service depends on how much commission they can earn from your finance agreement, that's not a dealership I'd trust with my business.

Take your money somewhere it's actually wanted.

Very easy to deal with. Straightforward communications and even when I had an issue with V5, S James were patient and undertsanting. Very cool car, great price. Khloe, Michael and Kim all great.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Josh was great and really went above and beyond. Made the whole process smooth and extremely happy with my car and the finish!
