I was Informed by Servbank to take names out of a previous review so I was emailed to agree or disagree. My review may have been taken down because whenever you speak YOUR TRUTH, it is time to be silenced, so here we go. An additional payment was taken out of my account without my consent. We have had many issues with Servbank Messing up our accounts. Reps, excuse me (some reps) never address issues with a supervisor to call you back. I felt threatened from the wording in a email I was sent telling me to redo my review. As long as I lie and say I am happy with the service, all is well! It is weird how I could not be helped, but, as soon as I spoke how I felt I was reprimanded via email. The CEO would be surprised I would think, if he knew the issues some of us have had to endure. After every review that was not satisfactory, the same AI delivered message apparently from a script was given afterwards. This to me is apparent that everyone solution is in a repetitive script and not from a live person/supervisor in real- time. My time is up! For those of you that experienced good things with Servbank, I salute you. Me and my husband's experience have been different and that alarms me. Signing off! The main event was on August 11, 2026. The calendar below will only allow me to enter 11/ 08/ 2026 instead, not by submission. November is not even here yet. Smh!

I’ve spoken with six or seven different people at Servbank, and they still have not corrected a mistake they made. They added my insurance premium to escrow even though I pay the insurer directly, and now I’m being charged for it.

The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful

ServBank made a mistake in my escrow review that caused my monthly payment to be $300 more than it should have been. Getting it fixed has been challenging and the degree of helpfulness varies with who you get on the phone. Recall- this was a mistake by ServBank, not by me. I have been treated great and also treated like an annoyance. This the middle star rating.

I dont say this lightly - but their customer support is 10 out of 10. Most banks, lenders I've worked with have garbage support. These guys are super easy to work with on about anything.

ServBank was serving two mortgages for me. Both on auto pay. I seemed to have to call often to be sure my autopayments automatically paid.

One july I was on a wilderness research project and called to remind them to be sure they took oth payments. They ack owledge the call and content. They recorded by accident yo not auto withdraw and I got my first ever late payment on a mortgage in 40 years of borrowing.

They acknowledged the call and the review of the call ut work not reverse the adverse payment.

M credit score dropped from 827 to 740. That altered my eligibility for a good rate on a business loan.

As a mortgage services, I dony know how it could ave been worse.

My husband & I had a horrific experience with Servbank. We received an insurance check for $13,500 and were instructed by servbank to sign the check and they would return the funds to us. We did this and they claim they never received the check, which is clearly a lie. Someone at Servbank stole the check and now we are out huge amount of money because of the fraud. The check had an account number written on it by the felon, which Servbank can’t seem to find anywhere. We are filing a police report immediately.

Horrific experience when they first took over my loan this guy called me and said they bought the loan I didn't know that.. he demanded I give him my social security number! I had not received any confirmation about the sale of my loan! This guy and others then would call and demand I give them the social! Then I would make arrangements to pay the loan on a certain day and I'd be called off a dialer, I've been sick of the harassment! I requested a VP type person to call me back... No one has done so! They're horrible!

Called the mortgage dept and the Automated system kept hanging up on me when I couldn't answer its prompts. After the 4th call it connected me to an AI rep. What type of service is to have an AI rep talk to you and help you at all. Terrible experience, the AI couldn't figure how to help me that it transferred me to an actual live agent. Ann was kind enough to help me out. But aside from her, it was a terrible experience trying to connect to a real person. First place I have experienced an AI rep and it was unpleasant. Bad representation of the bank.

I spoke to a young lady by the name of Anne. She was very polite, very professional. I couldn’t breathe with a notification that I received, and she was able to look up my account and was informed by her to disregard that notification that I am up-to-date with my payments and as I was reading this notification, I couldn’t breathe, but once again she took the time to listen to my concerns, look up my payment history and informed me to disregard that notification and once again she was very understanding and very professional

It was difficult. The operator talked really fast and they had a dialect that was not understandable so several times I asked to repeat and it became frustrating. Besides, the music was awful prior to it so it wasn’t a good set up from the beginning.

They say they sold my loan to someone else. they gave me no notice and now I am being billed by two different companies. Now servbank won't answer the phone. They are obviously crooked. How can I get my mortgage payment back? How can I prevent the loan from being sold to another lazy, dishonest company like servbank?

Well this is the worst company ever. There app won't show my info so I can make a payment along with there online will not show my info. Now I can't make my payment and will get charged a late fee because there stuff is not working. I tried to pay before the holiday but there system won't allow it. Looks like there trying to charge people late fees. Glad I will be done with this shit company soon.
