I was concerned about the fact that my new Bridgette Brianna Essential Set in cream was more see through than I expected. Debbie was fabulous at helping me walk through the exchange process and order one that might be less sheer if from a different dye lot. She made the process super simple and I’m grateful for that. The replacement I got was still more see through than I wanted but the customer service experience was top notch. Very impressed.

I had to return my purchase for a bigger size. I returned it having to pay postage which was not that much and easy to do at my local Fed X. I received the product 3 days later!

I received a partial delivery, so I sent an email just to confirm the rest of the order was being shipped separately. Sommer responded in about an hour with a delivery update in such friendly and positive tone. It literally made my day! I also love the outfits that were delivered. Just a great experience all around!
