We are sorry that you haven't received your item yet. Unfortunately, UPS tried three times to deliver, but were unable to. They should have left you a note stating this. As we require a signature upon delivery to ensure that you receive the item, they cannot simply leave it for you.
Now that we know the item has not been received, we have asked UPS to trace the package. We believe the item is now heading back to us and we can send it out again if you have a better address to ship it to. We will email you to try to re-arrange.
