Easy ordering, love the ring!

Very easy designing my own ring with their step by step instructions. Loved the choices they offer and their diamonds are excellent. It did not take long to design and mail back to me. The only thing negative I can say is that I wish they had a process where you can put in your order number and they can tell you what process your ring is in. But other than that everything was great and very beautiful when it came in.

The company did a great job helping me pick a diamond. I was unsure which direction to go and made a consulatation appointment which helped a lot. I would've given 5 stars but my order was very delayed and I wasn't notified of any progress. Estimated time was 2-3 weeks to shipping and I reached out after a month to get an update. At that time they expedited the process and I recieved my ring within a few days.

Our ring came in as promised but needed a few adjustments. The Keyzar service team took care of everything and communicated well throughout the whole process.

Its very rare to find a great setting for a diamond that you can customize just the way you want. Keyzar has great options and great size ranges. My ring setting was even better in person and very comfortable. They paid attention to my diamond measurements and it fit perfectly!

The rings always turned out great and their customer service was fantastic. A great product for a very affordable price!

I had a great experience with Keyzar and my custom-made ring. I’m very thankful for all their help and support during the whole process.
Their customer service was amazing. They always answered my questions quickly and were very helpful. I also needed to resize my ring, and they made the whole process very easy. I was especially happy that I got my ring back in less than two weeks.
The ring itself is absolutely beautiful. I wear it every day and I still love looking at it. The quality is great, and I’m very happy with how everything turned out.

Earrings were so beautiful! Came so quick and I live in Guam mind you. Had a defective earring lock that needed to be fixed, sent it out with my local fedex and documents were all set for me, signed a paper and I was on my way out. Then had some issues with my local customs taxing me for this repair, I informed them right away. They worked back and forth with me tirelessly until this issue was resolved. Better yet the repair came back to me so quick. It was perfect. I will recommend this place over and over again. Can't wait to purchase more beautiful pieces!
