Once you returned the bag to us (for a full refund as per our authenticity guarantee), we reviewed the bag and found no issues with it - authenticity or otherwise. To further back our claim, we used Entrupy (a 3rd party authentication tool) to verify the authenticity and it agreed with our authenticity statement. We provided you with this certificate, but have not heard back from you.
