I love, love, love my latest Yoogi's Closet purchase! I have been a customer since 2021 and am always delighted with my purchases. Their prices are reasonable and product quality is excellent. I have recommended Yoogi's Closet to friends and family. Also, their customer service is top notch...and you actually talk to a real person, which seems rare these days!!

I always have an amazing experience with yoogi’s closet

I’ve been shopping on and off from Yoogis closet but noticed the customer service has declined and the description of items is inconsistent. I purchased an hermes bag listed as “gently used” but didn’t realize the strap showed discoloration and the corners showed rubbing and exposure from use.

I asked to cancel the order immediately after I purchased it when I realized the true condition of the bag. They honored this request. In this order, I used a unique promo code that cannot be reused (even if the order is cancelled). I asked kindly if a new code could be generated and my request was ignored. I wrote a follow-up email and no response. Ironically the promo code was a “we miss you” discount to draw me back in since I haven’t been shopping at Yoogis this past year.

I recently got a moncler jacket and much to my surprise the zipper was broken. I took pictures of the noticeable damage and customer service response was that they would need to inspect for themselves. No apology for the inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen and I’ve noticed that whenever I bring up an issue, they respond defensively. It’s very off-putting.

Their prices are good but I stepped away from purchasing from Yoogis for the reasons I mentioned above. I’m sure Yoogis closet gets enough business so one dissatisfied customer doesn’t mean much. I’ve been supporting different consignment sites who value me as a client. I’ve referred my friends to these sites as well.

I only buy from Yoogi’s, the only place I trust and very fair on pricing, No surprises!
