Since Vera took over the internet service in Girona,I have had problems with the 2.4 service which is needed in a large villa to penetrate walks and distance.The 5 mega service is no good for this problem.I telephoned 3 weeks ago and was put back on the 2.4 and 5 service but now some bright spark has switched me to the 5 service only.This is not what the previous company did to its customers so does Vera really want to lose clients with large houses????

Vera installed optic cable in our house in the country. They came on time and were proficient in their work. They were friendly and explained what they were doing. For less than 40€ a month we have excellent internet coverage via our laptops and cellphones. Before we signed up with Vera we had to use a hotspot on our cellphones and sit in front of the window and internet coverage was unstable. Internet with Vera is a perfect solution.

Pésima compañía y pésima atención al cliente. Me dieron información contradictoria constantemente. Primero me dijeron que tenía que cambiar mi tarjeta SIM porque iban a cambiar la portabilidad a Movistar, luego me dijeron que debía pagar, y después que en realidad no era obligatorio. Nadie sabe explicar nada claramente.
Además, en la página web aparece que tengo “documentos pendientes por cobrar” y cuando reviso resulta que están relacionados con un router que yo nunca pedí. Nadie me informó de eso ni autoricé nada.
Lo peor es que dejaron de permitir el uso de datos móviles en roaming y atención al cliente me dijo que era “por el Brexit”. Eso no tiene ningún sentido porque yo he usado esta misma línea en España durante años después del Brexit sin ningún problema.
La comunicación es terrible, todo aparece en catalán y ni siquiera ofrecen una opción clara en español. Muy mala experiencia, desinformación constante y cero transparencia. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Terrible company and terrible customer service. I kept receiving contradictory information all the time. First they told me I had to change my SIM card because they were switching portability to Movistar, then they said I had to pay for it, and later they told me it was not even mandatory. Nobody seems able to explain anything clearly.
On top of that, the website says I have “pending documents/charges,” and when I checked, they were related to a router that I never ordered. Nobody informed me about this and I never authorized it.
The worst part is that they suddenly stopped allowing mobile data roaming, and customer service blamed Brexit. That makes no sense because I have been using this same line in Spain for years after Brexit without any issues.
Communication is awful, everything is displayed in Catalan and there is not even a proper Spanish option available. Very bad experience overall: constant misinformation, lack of transparency, and poor customer support. I definitely do not recommend this company.

I ordered my slippers on 13 February and they arrived yesterday 2 March. I ordered 6.5, size 40, they sent size 41 which meant they were too big. Under the circumstances I was offered a full refund which I have accepted. Thank you for your prompt response

I initially bought a pack of undies from Vera which were excellent. The second time I bought a pair I ordered the wrong size but Vera agreed to replace them with the right size without me having to send them back so my friend benefited from the panties that didn’t fit me their Services professional friendly and excellent.

Una errada en la factura del Juny, on es duplicava el cobrament de Internet, ha estat resolt en molts pocs dies, retornant lo cobrat i reemetent una nova factura per l'import correcte. AGILS I EFICIENTS!!

Albert Smith Having used SE Telecoms since 2019 to present , I can honestly say that I have never had any problems, that SE Telecoms could not easily rectify or give you instructions what to do . Always quick to respond to any queries, no matter what time of the day or night.Even when they was upgrading the system they was very apologetic and gave everyone plenty of notice . Cannot say a bad word about this company and no I am not a relative . Thumbs up 👍🏿 from me

Amer cada 2x3 sensa covertura i no desconten res de la factura com a molt i si es mes de 24h 1€

Es horrible, no tenen un numero de contacte o no es facil de trobar, et prometen molt bon wifi i no es conecta gens be va tot malament.

Un problema amb el telèfon fix es va solucionar molt ràpidament.
El suport tècnic de Vera sempre ha estat excel·lent

Es possible que despres de un mes de tenir internet, el desconecti un tecnic de un altre compania per dona fibra a un vei?. I que no i hagi posibilitat de tornar a conectar per falta de linies. ?
I es queden tan amples.
