App bug and money deducted from my account
I purchased a voucher for Mondo Verde, followed the app instructions and click on choose payment method and voila, 43 euros ($51.42) discounted from my account and no voucher. I did the process a second time and again, 43 euros ($51.42) were taken from my bank account. Now that I see my account, 172 euros ($206.84 dollars) that were supposed to be used for holidays are gone, the app doesn't work and the website neither!.
I call the support center and they don't have a clue on how their payment processing system works! and the 3rd agent I called said "for Mastercard, you will have to wait 30 days for the funds to be placed back in your account". This is just unacceptable.
I don't want anything to do with this app again.
Note: I have bought several vouchers in the past, and that has always been my payment method.
