Excellent service, great price and very kindly held for me in store for a short time. Customer service from everyone was friendly and helpful. Delivery was fast only thing I didn't realize was delivery guys don't put the furniture together. I probably would have learnt this if I had of brought instore, but I brought online. However, it was easy enough to put together. Would highly recommend My Mate John's to others.

Couches were carried upstairs by delivery team. Most impressed. Product is true to photos and description.

Great choice of furniture to suit most budgets
I have made two recent purchases at My Mate John and I usually buy most of my furniture there. Recently I’ve bought two sofas and a tub armchair. These are good quality at a very reasonable price. I usually get help from the staff when I go to the store and it’s honest advice. They will not sell you anything that they do not feel meet your needs including their capacity to survive pets. They often do free delivery if possible. I thoroughly recommend My Mate John Dunedin and will continue to purchase my furniture from them.

Our new sofa is great
Our new sofa is great! Great quality and connects together easily. It doesn't get screwed together, just clips in, but works well and makes it easier to adjust.
