Do not order at Myhappyveto! I wish I had read the reviews first. They take your money immediately and then they inform you that they are restructuring something. They gave the same answer to others as far as I see. They do not reply to the mails at all. It is a scam. I will sue.

I have been waiting well over 2 months.
I have requested a refund several times. They ignore your emails & do not reply.

Is this a scam? I made an order in May, never delivered but money was taken immediately off my card. Several emails sent, I also tried to call but never a reply! I found similar stories, I should have checked before. Why was the city not closed after all the claims? Please can we get help to recover our money? They are in France territory not abroad, so French authorities should have a legitimate jurisdiction for this case, shouldn't they?

Up until now I am very dissatisfied with this provider. Réorganisation sounds a lot like bankrupsy and yet they accept orders, and payments and there is no date for delivery of their product.Return mails are now undeliverable. My dog... old and carrying Leish maniasis, cannot eat regular kibble. Waiting on their delivery was a threat to her well-being. So, not a company I would recommend until they get their shit together. I.O.W. Shop elsewhere. €10 more expensive on Miscota will save you €100 with these clowns.

I was told my products -- crucial vitamins my dog needs daily in his food-- would be delayed, but they were never shipped. My emails were left unanswered, the phone number listed is no longer in service, making it impossible to communicate with them. Avoid at all costs!!

Ordered two items over a month ago and still have not received them. I receive many emails saying that it will take longer than usual due to restructuring of their warehouse. I would not have ordered if I knew this in advance. The website says that I will receive them 'no late than today', but it has said this for many days. There is no number to follow the colis. I would prefer to cancel the order, pay more and actually receive the items. Very disappointed, will order elsewhere next time.

I received confirmation that my order was delivered (2 months after I ordered it) and I haven’t received it. I have no idea where my order is. And no one has responded to my emails. Very disappointed and will not be using happy veto again

This company is now telling me I have to wait up to 20 May for my delivery, after already having waited several weeks. They will not be getting any further orders from me. There are plenty of other firms out there who can operate their sales business efficiently. This is evidently not one of them. They are good at writing apologetic emails, but that seems to be all. Furthermore, it is impossible to reply to their emails as the address just bounces them back. I am beginning wonder whether they are just crooks, plain and simple.

2 months since i ordered. No news from them, no replies to my emails, phone number goes directly to voice mail which is full. After asking my bank for charge back they finally sent the dog food, but i already asked for remboursement, for resiliation of the contract and my dog is dead now. I can't get my money back and now i'll have some very expensive dog food that i have no use for. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. SCAMMERS

Never delivered after a month of waiting, they are a scam do not buy from them!!!!

I was going to leave a terrible review for this company but they have managed to redeem themselves. I ordered a bag of prescription dog food that I needed as soon as possible. Once ordered I was told there would be a delay of 10 -15 days before it would even be processed let alone shipped. This was a huge problem as I was due to leave France before the order would be shipped!
I didn't see these terrible reviews prior to ordering unfortunately, lesson learned there..
Anyway it took a few days to get any response from my messages to 2 difficult addresses and though I'd been scammed. However after saying I'd report them to trading standards and try to claim my money back from the bank, they replied and said I'd get a full refund. The strange part is I then got a message from a different address saying the order was being processed. It actually turned up within a couple of days and was actually what I ordered! So although I can't recommend this company, they did actually deliver the goods I ordered in an acceptable time frame, but not without a deal of worry and messaging.

Aucune indication claire de ce délai n’était mentionnée au moment de l’achat, ce qui est trompeur.

Aucun article ne devrait nécessiter plus de deux semaines simplement pour être expédié — qu’il soit urgent ou non. Ce n’est pas raisonnable.

Dans mon cas, il s’agissait d’un probiotique pour mon chien, dont il a besoin actuellement, ce qui rend la situation encore plus problématique.

J’ai demandé un remboursement et j’attends qu’il soit traité dans les plus brefs délais.

Expérience très décevante. Je ne recommande pas.

Je reviendrai donner des nouvelles en espérant être remboursée rapidement.

I placed my order on March 26th 2026 and only today (30th) I was informed that the processing time would be 10–15 days before shipping. This is completely unacceptable.

There was no clear indication of such a delay at the time of purchase, which is misleading.

No item should take over two weeks just to be dispatched — whether urgent or not. This is simply not reasonable.

In my case, the product was a probiotic for my dog that he needs atm, which makes the situation even worse.

I have requested a refund and expect it to be processed promptly.

Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

I will come back to give some news hoping they will reimburse me ASAP.

The order took more than a month to arrive, the company did not answer a request to cancel the order. There is no information on the site as to how to return the order - I used the address on the package to return the order and wrote an email to the company. They did issue a refund though I believe they should at least offer free return shipping since their orders take so long to arrive.

Order sent in 7 January, not arrived. No replies to email enquiry. Should have checked in with trustpilot. The majority of the reviews are of similar experience.
Prices are low but services are nonexistent and worst of all I paid for the products. Never again.

It is a complete con. They have taken my payment and they have not delivered. Ordered over a month ago. No replies to emails . No explanation. Their after sales phone number does nt work. Do not buy from this company.
