I am absolutely dissatisfied with the audit they conducted. They completely ignore the average consumption per square meter as well as previous billing statements. Furthermore, they have absolutely no clue about the formula used to convert kWh into energy units (EI). 

There is no possibility to ask questions. In case you want a more detailed analysis—even though you pay for legal insurance (Rechtsschutz) from which they receive money—they completely refuse any further cooperation or suggestions. All in all: superficial, inaccurate, and incompetent.

They've really taught me how to be a model, and I'm doing rather well so far. Learning a lot. Thanks, Mink. Nice one.

They did not take into account what I told them (not even what was for sure not correct) and did not check the receipts I sent them to verify the calculations. The report I received is useless.

In English I can only say that you were fantastic, specially Ali Cengiz with his professionalism and friendliness! Much appreciated!

Unfortunately no check, even after 2 weeks.

Got a very promising report from them, but my landlord refused every item from the report with explanations based on German law.
I forwarded it to MINEKO and after 2 and a half weeks there's no any update from them.

Love it! Recommend with no reservation!
