We are a small interior design company in the U.S. and we had a great experience with Milia Shop. Our customer service rep Mauro was very helpful and responsive, and helped us get the light fixtures we needed. The quality of the product is also excellent.

As a buyer from Taiwan, my overseas furniture order with Miliashop was highly efficient. Anita expertly managed the months-long process—from spring production updates to the final balance and shipping coordination—keeping everything transparent.

Thanks also to the tracking team for providing the exact packaging details in advance (items were securely strapped on wooden pallets). This precise information allowed me to easily coordinate the exact delivery and unboxing with my local moving team.

Everything arrived safely. Solid logistics, clear communication, and no unnecessary complications. Highly recommended.

I've bought louis poulsen lamps, USM haller and most recently a Nicoline Italia couch. Anita and Silvia were great, Anita recommended me a brand based on our budget and showed us color samples. After a few months, the couch finally arrived and it was beautiful. Very pleased with the support, service and quality!

I had unfortunately a few issues with a rather large item that I ordered, this shop was sadly put into a position of trying to resolve the matter between me and the manufacturer, all issues were in no way of their making but they went above and beyond to help me resolve the matters.

Totally trustworthy and can’t say enough good things about them.

It’s the true test of a company when things go wrong and they make it right, 5 star reviews are all well and good when everything goes ok but it’s when it goes wrong you really see how good a company is.

Absolutely fantastic company who I’d hope to deal with again.

We orderer a bench from Riva 1920 and lounge chairs with ottomans from Vitra for our home in Vienna. Angela was our agent throughout the whole process. Everything from the pricing through the delivery was perfect. We were constantly updated on the status, any special requests for delivery dates were honored and the furniture was delivered in great shape. The Mila shop and Angela in particular are simply great. We will definitely buy there again.

I ordered a beautiful Italian made side table to be delivered to me in London. The product is great and it was packed extremely carefully so it arrived safely. I was kept informed regularly for the shipment timing by Mauro which was also really helpful.
