I found very cheap second hand cds, all almost in very good conditions and a lot of choice (and some rarities).

4 books never arrived, didn't get a full refund, no mention of delivery company whatsoever and overall packaging was poor when previous order arrived. Not recommended to order

The books were in an incredibly good state, the shop was swift and everything was as described.

Reliable seller. Competitive prices. Huge stock.

Like other customers, I did not receive my order, since as with previous orders, they cancelled it about an hour after confirming the sale via Amazon. In most cases the product still was available on Amazon, but meanwhile they had increased the prices of the two CDs ordered (in the most recent instance) by a factor of 10 or more. Challenged thus, they next claimed that their latest non-delivery problem was due to a mistake in counting their inventory - until I asked how they had managed to cancel two completely different CD titles contained in the same order. They now changed tack and claimed that they had blocked me owing to my having requested too many returns/refunds. I don‘t how many items I returned (almost always because of divergence from the description or advertised quality).but they refunded to my credit card only rarely.
In withdrawing after having confirmed, I pointed out that they were in breach of contract and could become the subject of legal proceedings. Obviously they know that at such low prices, no customer would find it worthwhile to take them to court. However there is another method.: I send requests to fulfill the orders „cancelled“ - by post, with the envelope printed „Business Reply Service, Addressee Pays“. For sender, one simply quotes the reference number of the „cancelled“ order without supplying one¨s name. And I repeat this procedure until the original order is delivered at the original price.

Easy to find and order books on the website.

I ordered a book from Amazon and Medimops/Momox was the reseller. Medimops is the selling side of Momox.

They sent me the wrong book: a cheap book that cost €12 instead of the €25 book I ordered. They never answered the customer support. Later I checked and it appears that the company is very scumy, they have all kind of trick to make money out of nothing. In this case, they know it's not worth returning the book because they don't refund the shipping fees so they just send a cheap book and take the difference as profit counting on the customer to write the transaction as a loss.

They also stick unremovable stickers on books. If you try to remove them they will damage the cover. This degrades the value of the book making it harder to return or resell, while costing Medimops nothing.

Avoid this company at all cost. It is owned by a Norwegian private equity firm called Verdane Capital. The original founder has left the boat a long time ago.

Prices are acceptable and the delivery is fast.

As I only buy English books I would recommend being more clear on the language of each book.

I was able to find a book that was not available anywhere else. The online ordering was easy and the book arrived quickly. I will definitely buy from medimops again.

Low postage attract me to use medimops. Support is friendly and resolves issues quickly if they arise.
Everything is fine for now.

My book came at the last possible moment, and then it wasn’t even the book I ordered. Now, I have to pay to send it back and wait to get a refund. I will not use this company again.

Easy, affordable and credible!

Review:
I ordered from Medimops and paid immediately. After waiting for over 20 business days, the package never arrived. When I contacted customer service to request a full refund for their failure to deliver, they processed a partial refund and wrongfully withheld the shipping fees.

According to German law (BGB § 475), the seller bears the risk of delivery, yet they tried to scam me out of the shipping costs for an item I never received. They wasted a whole month of my time, forced me into endless emails, and top of that, they tried to shortchange me. Highly unprofessional and petty behavior.

Avoid this shop if you don't want your time and money wasted!

The book is unfortunately in worse condition than what was described. It's an educational book, and half of the answers are already filled in, even though the description promised minimal signs of past use.

It’s a scam - they will gladly accept your money, then send you a non-working dhl tracking number and ignore your requests. Still have not received my books tho delivery date was last week, and since dhl tracking code is invalid, they can’t help me either

The price, the quick delivery and the sturdy packaging for the books, along with the quality of the books themselves is amazing. I will continue to shop for used books through Medimops time and time again.
