MLBB topup hasn't been working for 3 weeks. when you reach out to them, they just say wrong region even though 100% that's not the case because I've topped up in the same region before. They don't bother to investigate and just refund to your MooGold wallet which is useless if you are not going to use it to top-up other game.

I always thought moogold might be the best for online purchases but I was wrong, they increased the prices of every products. The main reason for 1 star is ordered a gift card which showed instant delivery but it's been 1 day still my delivery not arrived they asked for the verification which I provided instantly but after 1 day no response from them yet. I will not use moogold any further for it's misleading people to sell products and increase of price.

I did a top up from them and I did not receive the diamonds , I chatted them they don't get back to you until it's too late , they asked for the number and the proof , I provided for them but they are trying to put the blame on me not on them , im so disappointed because I used to use moogold for a long time but now it becomes scam , I don't recommend anyone to use it anymore

The chat ends without any issues being resolved. Despite the damage suffered by consumers due to the company's negligence, the money is only refunded through virtual goods within the site called "Mu Gold Wallet," and the actual money is not returned. The service is a mess. No value to use. People who want to make overseas payments should look for other methods.
