terrible as hell. purchase at your own risk. live chat will tell you is that the server is lag, will cause delays to your purchase. refuse to refund, had you waiting for 3 days to receive you purchase. good luck.

Caution! You could get scammed just like I did.

I used the "services" of this website for the first time. I paid properly, and everything went smoothly on that end. The money was deducted from my account immediately, but the credits I purchased on Moogold were never delivered.

After a few hours, I checked again, only to see my purchase listed as "On hold" in the "Orders" section. Fair enough, I waited until the next day, but still nothing. I contacted their live chat support and provided my order number. They told me the issue was forwarded to the specialist team and that I would receive an email once the status changed. As of today, the status is still "On hold"—for 6 days now.

During one of our interactions, I asked for a refund since I didn't receive what I paid for. Their response was that a refund cannot be issued while the order is under investigation and that the review must be completed first. When I asked how long that might take, they said they couldn't provide any timeframe.

Bottom line: You buy something, they take your money immediately, put your order "On hold," conduct an "investigation," refuse a refund because of it, and do so with no timeframe whatsoever—meaning indefinitely.

In my book, this is a textbook example of a SCAM!

I only put 4 stars instead of 5 because I kept contacting customer support FOR DAYS to fix the phone verification error and a lot of people whom I talked to gave a lot of unhelpful suggestions, but luckily this person, called Erin, fixed the problem in seconds and now I can use my account to top-up, very nice and respectful person, keep up the good work !

I bought gift cards online, but instead of receiving my order instantly, I had to go through a lengthy identity verification process. The verification has already been ongoing for 4 days. I consider this waiting time far too long, so I do not recommend this service.
