I’m still waiting on my parcel!
I’ve been told it’s delivered ( with a picture as proof) however, the picture is not my house or my garden!
I’m a bit annoyed as it was a present!

I especially like the bright colours and that you can buy a whole matching outfit.
My kids love it.
I also like the fact that when you see kids on the street they are looking better dressed than ever and most of them are wearing Montirex which is so distinctive.

Still haven't got parcel and its been over a week

No issues with the product but service from Evri make it very unlikely I will order online again

Its been over a week and still no order so I email montirex directly to be told my parcel has gone missing. Still no reply about a full refund shambles of a company maybe its because they have made there money now they don't care. I need this matter resolved ASAP and full refund if I could give No stars I would
