Product is good but support is horrible
I bought the Move V50 and already after using it for 3 days i started having issues with the mop cleaning procedure, because the seal on my dirty water tank is getting loose after each use it cannot maintain the seal and the suction is not working after 1 cycle unless i reseat the seal, i have contacted support requesting a new tank or seal, but they just closed all my tickets, very disappointing support for a product that otherwise is really nice.
Affiliate Scam
Affiliate Scam! Deleted over $2,000 of my commission and ignored all support tickets!
Review:
I worked as an affiliate partner for Mova and had a terrible experience. After successfully earning over $2,000 in legitimate commissions, this company arbitrarily wiped out all of my data and earnings without any explanation or prior notice.
When I reached out to their support team to resolve the issue, they completely ghosted me and refused to reply to any of my inquiries. This is a blatant scam and a theft of their partners' hard work. If you are an affiliate marketer, influencer, or creator, stay as far away from Mova as possible. They do not respect their contracts and will steal your money. Utterly disappointed and would give them 0 stars if I could!

Doesnt work, still full to rim, its suppose to dispense 1-2ml.. therefore something wrong, first time was told can send it back with charges if they dont find problem, next problem.several weeks time frame to ship it and get it back? So there goes there 3yr warranty is worthless!!! Are all the manufactures like this?
I purchased the MOVA Handler V10 on…
I purchased the MOVA Handler V10 on March 31, 2026, and it failed after only two uses.
• The Issue: A critical plastic retaining clip snapped off where the suction head connects to the main body. This tiny piece is the only thing holding the unit together. Without it, the vacuum is completely unusable.
• Design Flaw: This is a clear structural failure of cheap plastic under normal operating conditions.
• Zero Support: I reached out to the company for a replacement part, providing photos and purchase details, but they have completely ignored my request.
Verdict: Don't waste your money. The design is fragile, and the company does not stand behind its product. Look for a brand that actually offers customer service.
Very disappointing product and even worse customer support
My experience with MOVA has been extremely frustrating from start to finish.
Mova Z60 Ultra Roller Complete vacuum itself is marketed as a premium product, but in reality the performance and build quality do not match that expectation. After only a few months of normal use, the device developed a serious issue (mop motor failure) and became unusable. For a product in this price range, this is completely unacceptable.
What made the situation much worse is the customer support experience. It took multiple emails, repeated explanations, and long delays just to get basic answers. The process was slow, unclear, and required constant follow-ups on my side.
Even after confirming the issue, the resolution process is incredibly inconvenient:
I have to ship the defective unit back first
Wait for it to be received and processed
Only then will a replacement be shipped
No expedited shipping is offered
This means being without a working vacuum for close to a month (or longer), which is unreasonable for a product that failed so early.
At this point, I regret buying a MOVA vacuum. I wish I had done more research beforehand—based on my experience, many of the positive reviews do not reflect the actual product quality or after-sales support.
Overall:
- Poor product reliability
- Underwhelming performance for the price
- Extremely slow and frustrating customer support
I would not recommend MOVA based on this experience.
brand new Mova S4 wet dry mop defective
Bought a brand new Mova x4 wet dry vacuum mop and out of the box first time I used it the trigger for hot water spray just didn’t work at times and the self clean/dry smelled like it was burning. I reached out upset that my nearly $400 machine was not right and they asked me to send in a video showing problem and then told me to discontinue use becuase it is a fire hazard. Also, that they would replace.. I was angry, but I sent unit back to them as they told me it would be a quick turnaround. 9 days for the machine to ship back to them and now going on 7 days that it’s been delivered but they claim the service area has not received it yet.. I went back and forth over email and I lost it when I was asking for this to be escalated and they offered me a free bottle of solution and no other resolution.. I called fuming and the rep told me they would escalate and then email me right away.. 6 hours later no email with that new ticket.. I want my money back.. I spent too much to have this type of customer service.. I’d rather spend my money with another company.

READ BEFORE BUYING A MOVA!
I took a chance on this brand specifically because of the "3 year warranty" which is actually very murky if you try to get details on the website. Anyways, I detailed my interactions with support, I HIGHLY recommend you read this before you buy. And if you find it helpful, please give it a thumbs up so other shoppers get the change to read before buying.
This log demonstrates a clear pattern of stalling tactics, contradictory instructions, and a refusal to honor warranty commitments over a period exceeding one month.
A few themes:
False "Escalations": 4 separate instances where I was told the case was moved to a "senior technical team" or given "priority review" with no tangible result (January 11, January 18, January 25, and February 9).
Redundant Directives: I was instructed to perform the identical sensor-cleaning troubleshooting step at the beginning, which I did. Then after a couple escalations, I was told to try this AGAIN.
Deliberate Stalling via Documentation: I originally provided MOVA with a warranty document on January 11 and they acknowledged receipt. Then I was told to send it AGAIN on Feb 7.
Timeline of Procedural Failures and Runarounds
January 6, 2026: I initiated contact, providing clear photographic evidence that the V50 Ultra was navigating erratically and consistently failing to clean specific zones of my hardwood floor. MOVA's initial response was a dismissive, automated troubleshooting list.
January 8, 2026: MOVA Support requested diagnostic data, including the serial number, shipping details, and a purchase invoice.
January 11, 2026: I provided all requested information, including the purchase invoice. Support confirmed receipt and claimed the case was forwarded to their senior team.
January 14, 2026: The senior technical team instructed me to clean the side sensors and record video evidence of the malfunction.
January 17, 2026: I provided a Google Drive link containing multiple videos clearly demonstrating the robot's failure to navigate corners and skipping large areas.
January 18, 2026: MOVA claimed the case was escalated for "priority review"—the first of many meaningless delays.
January 21, 2026: Support requested remote access to my device to push a firmware upgrade. I complied immediately.
January 23, 2026: The firmware upgrade was completed by MOVA (even though the firmware version on my robot DID NOT change according to the app).
January 24, 2026: I explicitly informed MOVA that the firmware update failed to resolve the erratic behavior and skipped corners.
January 25, 2026: MOVA again claimed the case was escalated for "priority review."
January 30, 2026: Demonstrating a complete lack of internal record-keeping, MOVA instructed me to wipe the edge sensor with a dry tissue AGAIN.
January 31, 2026: Support offered empty apologies and asked for "a little time."
February 1, 2026: Support reiterated their request for "a little more time," providing zero actionable solutions.
February 5, 2026: Recognizing their bad-faith stalling tactics, I issued a formal notice that I would report MOVA to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Ohio Attorney General.
February 6, 2026: Under threat of regulatory action, MOVA finally conceded and agreed to arrange a return for repair to replace the edge sensor assembly. I confirmed my shipping details that same day.
February 7, 2026: In a blatant bad-faith reversal, MOVA halted the finalized repair process, demanding I provide my purchase invoice to "verify the purchase channel" and warranty eligibility.
February 9, 2026: I resubmitted the exact same invoice they had possessed since January 11. Instead of immediately issuing the promised return label, MOVA reset the clock, stating my case was back "under review by our tech team" and imposing another arbitrary 1-3 day waiting period.
Feb 17: 8 days later, no updates from MOVA support.
I am SO tired of these companies that advertise warranties and then make you spend HOURS trying to get them to honor the warranty, even less than 2 months after purchase. Beware buying from this company!!!
Unacceptable customer service – refund deliberately delayed
Here is a very sharp but still legally safe (fact-based opinion) 1-star Trustpilot review in English:
⸻
⭐☆☆☆☆ Unacceptable customer service – refund deliberately delayed
One of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The product was returned properly and has been confirmed as received. Despite this, the refund is being delayed without any clear or legitimate explanation. Instead of processing the payment, I keep receiving generic copy-paste responses such as “your case has been forwarded to the responsible department” and “please be patient.”
Weeks pass — nothing happens.
There is a clear 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases in Germany. A refund after a valid return is not optional, nor does it require endless “internal reviews.” It is a basic legal obligation.
The lack of transparency and accountability is concerning. It feels like the process is intentionally stretched out in the hope that the customer will simply give up.
If you value reliable customer service and straightforward refunds, I strongly recommend reconsidering before purchasing here.
Extremely disappointing.
terrible service ordered a pair of…
terrible service ordered a pair of trousers for £35 (not exactly cheap) when they came they were like very cheap material not at all thick like in the photo. Want a refund BUT THEY EXPECT YOU to send to CHINA, OK how much will that cost for a full refund. Trousers cost £35.00 cheapest return to china is £20 DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE THE WORSE. THEY MAKE IT OUT LIKE THEY ARE A LONDON COMPANY BUT THEY ARE NOT!!!.
Mova - Z60 defect + bad service
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a Mova Z60 5 weeks ago but after just 2-3 weeks it started spilling dirty water all over the floor. After a short investigation I could see that water got into the roller mop and therefore it spilled water randomly on the floor. Contacted Mova to get a solution to the problem. Here 3 weeks later I still have the defective unit and am waiting to see what happens.
I have contacted Mova daily for the last week for a solution but the only answer I get is that they are working on the matter??
I can see on the internet that I am the only one with this problem, unit that spills water and very poor service, so my advice is don't buy Mova but choose another brand.
I ordered my vacuum over a week ago…
I ordered my vacuum over a week ago with no shipping update. Website claims 1-2 days for processing. They've supposedly "escalated" my case to find out why they cannot put my order into a box and ship it to me, with no information on whether or not the unit is simply backordered and continuously tell me they'll have an answer in 1-2 business days, despite that timeline being well past that.
Hands down the worst customer service and experience I have had. Zero real communication for an over $1000 item?
Two defective devices, endless delays, no solution
Unfortunately, this has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had.
Chronology:
• December 2025: I purchased a MOVA robot vacuum via MediaMarkt.
• The first device was defective (poor suction, mopping smeared dirt, navigation issues, could not return to base).
• I received a replacement device.
• The replacement device was defective as well, showing the same issues and repeatedly failing to dock.
At this point, I clearly requested no further repair, as trust in the model was gone after two failures. I asked either for:
1. Confirmation of the replacement so MediaMarkt could refund, or
2. An exchange for a different model.
What followed instead:
• Repeated copy-paste responses from different agents
• Constant redirection to “free repair under warranty”
• Missed response deadlines
• No escalation to a decision-maker despite multiple requests
• A €20 voucher offer that does not remotely reflect the time and frustration involved
The final response even arrived after the deadline I had set, again ignoring my actual request.
This is not how after-sales service should work, especially after two defective units. Problems can happen. How a company handles them matters. In this case, the process felt like delay management, not customer support.
I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice — not because devices can fail, but because resolving issues appears unnecessarily difficult.

Mova V50 ultra is a great device and works well. I have had not had to use the warranty but I hope it works as seamless as the device does
p10 pro ultra is a terrible vacuum
I have a mova p10 pro ultra. The vs uum cleaner touts it's amazing capabilities, but in practice the vacuum doesn't vacuum pet hair, the mop function fails to mop really much of anything.. it's alot of fancy features, but the basic functions are not there.

This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. The customer service makes the return process very difficult and it is borderline scam
Terrible, useless support
The vacuum I bought from their online store broke after 1 day. I reported the failure that day. It is now 9 days later and they STILL have not supplied me a return label. I keep calling and getting the run around. It's been "escalated" or marked as "urgent" 4 times now, yet every time I call they act like it's the first time they're "escalating" it. Joke of a manufacturer making an unreliable product that can't even last 1 day. Avoid MOVA and Dreame!
