I originally ordered the wrong item and…
I originally ordered the wrong item and a refund of my money was quickly expedited. I then ordered the correct item which came fast and well wrapped and is a beautiful piece. I will definitely order again. I also have good experiences with the staff in the stores, especially the Dortmund location.

Amazing gallery to purchase quality and unique original art. The customer services is stellar. We had an issue with a piece that was received, yet not opened for three months as it sat during our renovation. They addressed the issue with a replacement even after time had passed. Wonderful to deal with!

It was an overall easy and pleasant experience with LUMAS and my order arrived sooner than expected.. One thing surprised me though, it was communicated to me that I would receive an email once my art pieces ship with a tracking number. That didn’t happen. The delivery service on the other hand was not excellent. I received a notice from UPS saying they tried to deliver without success. The apartment number was incorrectly written and the delivery service did not even try to ring by looking up my name on the intercom. Moreover, I had to pay duties online in order for them to release the package.
