Ordering quick and simple. Drawback: Though I did take one, PET PEEVE is the additional "BUT WAIT!" offers that must be sifted thru, DECLINING in order to get my items. I considered cancelling... See more

I have tried several times to cancel my order. My body is way too sensitive, and I do not want the product.
The Luxe Researchlab, just sends me emails requesting that I buy more product at a discounted rate. I really need them to cancel the order.
I placed an order October 26th and received the confirmation. October 31st I requested a cancelation and refund. I received a reply stating a teammate would take care of the cancelation but they needed to know why first. I replied that it was taking too long to process. It is November 5th and I have still not heard from anyone or received my refund.
Leaves your skin dry and the customer care sucks . Don’t fall for their crap the product is terrible. I am still waiting on their customer service to let me know how I can return it .
Ordered 09/19 was not delivered until Oct 28th after I reached out to them about not receiving my order. Makeup is drying and no coverage (light to med) they offered 50% (47.03 is what I was charged) I said I woild return it. Then I was ghosted. I have sent 4 emails no answer now! This experience has been horrible and I may have to eat the $47 but I will make sure no one else is mislead. There is no hassle free return for 30 days, makeup is not moisturizing and the color shows orange after drying. Disappointed and out the money! Dont waste your money if you need coverage and have mature skin! Product is not as advertised, What I ordered was buy 1 get two free with brush, only got 1 bottle and they stated that was what was ordered even though they had to redo my order. Horrible experience
Color changing foundation. It has a chemical smell. Just couldn’t get used to it. I thought I read thru the 1 1/2 pages return policy but I obviously missed the part that says “This 100% Guarantee offer does not apply to bundles, bogo or multi-packs. It is to support you trying our products out with confidence. We advise not to purchase more than one of the same product if you are trialing it for the first time." Gee thanks, but it was a two-for-one offer. I decided I wasn’t going to die on this hill, so, they offered a 20% refund.
I am feeling SCAMMED big time. I placed an order (over $100) on October 18, the charged my card and I received a confirmation email. The email states “10 business day” shipping. It is now November 4th, and I have emailed them FOUR times as well as tried the # that doesn’t even seem to work. All of my attempts have gone unanswered and I am thinking about doing a charge back because I don’t think I will ever actually receive these items! I also received a “mailerdaemon” email saying that this email doesn’t exist or is full but then when I reply to the confirmation email or any of the advertisement emails (which roll in at 2-3 per day! Can’t even get my first order shipped or answer my emails but yall think I’m gunna order again?!?! Craziness), email goes through just fine. Soooo yeah I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! XXX
I haven't received my order and it's been weeks!!!!! The shipment number is not recognizable (so I can't trace) and I feel scammed!!!! Don't order from LUXE RESEARCH LLC!!!!!
I ordered from this company and have not received my products! The phone number is disconnected and I have not received any email replies. I want a refund. This site is a scam! Has anyone been able to get their money back??

I ordered on October 26...sent three emails they took my money..but i have not received a shipped email nor a reply.to any of my emais.... so i just asked for my money back or send me my product..i cant try aything if i dont hv my product...what a horrible experience i am having... now i hv to claim a loss on my card... and try declining....the number doesnt work...its a scam...
I ordered the buy one, get two free color changing foundations and I just got my shipment today of only two tubes and a brush. The ordering process is annoying with the “butt wait” add on windows. I ended up also ordering two of the neck and jawline firming cream. I would like my third tube of the foundation sent to me since that is what I ordered. Why do some companies try to pull one over on their customers. Do they not want repeat business?
My experience with Luxe customer service was terrible and exhausting to pursue. I was not satisfied either the Luxe foundation and wanted a refund. Customer service actually asked for photos of where the skin on my face was affected! Really? After at least a dozen emails, I finally agreed to their “generous” offer of a 50% refund, just to put an end to a very frustrating experience. Buyer beware, is the best advice I can offer.
I thought I would try especially since they were running a special BOGO free. Free shipping. Works better with their primer, etc. etc. So I ordered. It took 2 weeks to arrive. The order was short 1 foundation. I have tried to reach out to them twice, but receive a "canned" AI response saying someone would contact me. Still waiting. Don't think I'll be ordering from them again. I had high hopes - but not anymore.
I ordered October the18th and have not received my order. order #LF1133359

Placed one order, received with no issues. Placed a second order and was given fake tracking information. Said my order was delivered by the USPS at 10 minutes after midnight, but no USPS tracking. Tried emailing the company and it was rejected as an invalid address. Tried calling the company and it said it is an invalid number. The website says they are located in Wyoming, but the emails end with Luxe Research Lab, Kevin's Car Wash 1200 Burlington St Kansas City, Missouri 64116. Kevin's Car Wash? The product obviously comes from another country based on "tracking".

I ordered the light and the medium because I couldn't tell which would work better for my skin color, which is light with a plum undertone. The answer is...the light makes me look much too pale and the medium doesn't cover. 🤷♀️ Unfortunately, I am past the 30 day return period.

ZERO ZERO ZERO stars!! After three months of trying to receive my order and twenty emails You keep sending my order to the wrong address three times in three months I can’t get even a phone call back from anyone only emails assuring me problem was corrected! And again you sent it to wrong address!! In wrong state!!!what can I do at this point . This is unacceptable and ridiculous three months and 20 emails zero return calls and still I don’t have the order I paid for!!!

Ordering Process was negative stars. I ordered the foundation, then listened to an almost 10-min pitch video for their primer. At the end of that never-ending video - the only choices were to place an order or completely quit the program. There was no "opt out" or 'continue without purchasing the primer' option. What kind of scam company is this? Of course they charged my card for the original foundation. I'll try it right away and will return if I hate it.

I ordered this on October 24th #LF1258810. I got a notification my items shipped however the tracking information says "Cannot find order". The sketchy tracking website they send you too says "Information Recieved" and hasn't changed or been updated in over a week. Why do so many people have problems, is this a scam??
