I placed my first order with Luxe Cosmetics after spending a long time researching different lash lift and brow lamination kits. I was really excited to try the products.

I ordered the Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Bundle and selected 2 Sets, as well as a Tint Kit. My basket and order confirmation also showed that I would receive a free Brow Lamination Kit as part of the promotion.

When my order arrived just over a week later, I only received one Lash Lift & Brow Lamination set and the Tint Kit. The additional set I paid for was missing, and the free Brow Lamination Kit shown on my order confirmation was also not included.

I contacted customer service immediately but only received an automated AI response. I have still had no reply or resolution.

I go on holiday very soon, and this has been extremely disappointing. I specifically ordered in advance to make sure everything would arrive in time, but instead I have been left without the products I paid for and no response from customer service.

At this stage, I would like either:

* the missing items to be sent by priority delivery so they arrive before my holiday, or
* a refund for the items that were not supplied.

My experience so far has been frustrating because I paid for 2 sets but only received 1, and the free Brow Lamination Kit listed on my order confirmation was also missing. I hope Luxe will resolve this quickly, but the lack of communication has been very disappointing.

Had a fabulous result with lash perming but the lash tint doesn’t work.

I ordered the lash serum almost 2 months ago and still waiting on a replacement or reimbursement

I’ve been saving so much money doing my lashes myself, it’s very easy to use !

Love it. Goes on really smooth and changes to your skin colour. Does as it says.

I have been repeating using the luxe cosmetics x3 already ! Haha its so worth it . And easy to use and apply!

My experience with the Luxe Cosmetics Company has been outstanding, not only did they address my concerns to correct my concerns but they listened and responded to suggestions I had addressed about the product. They responded personally and professionally. This company is responsive, reliable and worked hard to make sure all solutions were to my satisfaction. Thank you Luxe Cosmetics! I highly recommend them.

This company is a sham - the money back guarantee does not happen. The foundation made my face flare up and was painful, then I was instructed to try the product on my hand and send a photo. Their advertising is a lie , I was offered 20% which is an insult. Rotten company. Stick to well known honourable brands !
To reiterate first I was asked to send a photo of the product, then I was asked to send a photo of the product on my hand. Then they came back with an offer of 20% refund. The product left my face feeling sore and inflamed and it took a while for it to calm down. I am happy to return the foundation as long as the postage is paid by Luxe. I certainly won’t use it again. Bad advertising lies on money back satisfaction color matching advertising. The have offered me 20% off. I have pushed and gotten them to 50%. I have reported fraud scam to meta. And will call the credit card tomorrow

I have made 2 orders. The first one took a long time to arrive. The second order was a hot mess. Fist it never shipped. After a month of waiting, I contacted customer service who is great by the way. They looked into it and had it shipped within days. Unfortunately when it arrived it was only half of the order. After contacting customer service they once again rode in to save the day. They had the rest of my order shipped out again within days. I feel a bit bad for customer service. The fulfillment department needs some work so the customer service department can get a break.... The products are fantastic! Worth the wait and hassle this the 4 stars. The foundation doesn't have the best coverage but looks fabulous and natural (I recommend a good cover up before if you need coverage) it keeps my face looking moist and consistent. No caking or cracking. The under eye stick is equally as amazing noticed a difference only 3 days. Love the product, love customer service order fulfillment needs work.

The pads that come with the lash lift kit are awful, I wasted an application because they only stay stuck for a few minutes despite preparing my lids correctly..... Communication has also been terrible when making a complaint.

I actually like this! I'm not much of a makeup person, but the age spots make me self conscious enough to want to try this. It does layer very well to cover best. It doesn't feel heavy, and it stays on forever. I even used it to cover an IV bruise on my arm. 70yo, by the way. Only things to improve are: faster shipping, and i didn't receive a free makeup brush.

ORDER NUMBER WAS LF6 44731 Do not buy this product. It made me look gray and the color match is crap. I had my daughter try it and she turned beet red! They won't give you your money back if you buy that gimmick bundle they advertise. Biggest waste of money ever!

Absolutely love the lash lift kit, it’s easy to use and the instructions are very clear. I recommend this product.

I tried the lash lift kit and it reacted terribly with my eyelid. It got swollen and stung. Plus it was really hard to stick the lashes to the silicone pad.

I haven't noticed any difference or growth in my lashes.

Don’t believe the money back guarantee. Use sharp practice. When you checkout your foundation they offer you another tube free of charge. When you ask for your money back they say you bought a bundle and that doesn’t have a money back guarantee. Very dishonest company. Stay well clear. They keep asking for more information about this review, I’ve wasted enough time so just go away
