Facelove 🙄 I am beyond disappointed. I have tried to contact “customer service” to no avail. This stuff is junk & it is supposed to be a money-back guarantee w/in 30 days. It has been 5 days. It doesn’t coat w/ polymer or whatever you call the coating which is non-existent. It definitely takes eyelashes out & flakes on my face. I would say don't waste your money, ladies everything they said this is…IS NOT!! Also you cannot get a hold of “customer service”, so I suppose they just stole $31.00 from me!

Have never received my product. Cannot connect to website. It's as if my money has been taken and they have disappeared. What a scam.

This company is dishonest. I ordered the changing stick on Sunday night but after reading review, I sent them an email to cancel it within 10 mins of ordering. They responded early next morning saying they have send it over to shipping and it’s already too late so I’m like how you process it so quick and what’s the shipping infor. Almost a day later I received an email saying it’s shipped (prolly because I notified my cc that i cancel this order and to reverse the charge that they hurry and ship it). On the tracking it says ship 2 days later. So basically they lied. Whats a dishonest company. The biggest red flag. Also, if there is 30 days guaranteed but you can’t return if you open it then what’s the point. Trust me that I’ll return it once I get it or if I get it cause I won’t use a product that is dishonest. Don’t buy from this place

My friend and I both bought the color changing foundation stick. We tried it at her house as hers arrived first. My face broke out that evening and I never opened my product. When I wrote for a refund of my money as they have a 100% guarantee I started to get the run around. Per Cust Svc The 100% guarantee refund only applies if you haven't opened the product which my product hadn't been opened. Still going round and round with via email. They keep offering a store credit but they have no products that I want.... Disgusted with them and their product!!

The product didn't work, and the refund policy makes no sense. It says returns are accepted if you're not satisfied, but opened products can't be returned. How can anyone evaluate the product without opening it? Still waiting for a response.

Does not allow negative rating. The company confirms the order but will not ship or give you the option to cancel the order. It's 💰 down the drain 😕

The eye lashes are very beautiful after using this mascara. I used it for m first time ☺️

The products are helping me, but not as much as I hoped for. Since I have very fair skin, I assumed brown mascara would look better on me. But the brown shade is almost invisible on my lashes. Next time, I'll go with black mascara. I love the Facelove Foundation Stick. It feels wonderful on my skin. However, even after applying it in several layers, it doesn't properly cover skin imperfections like age spots on my skin.

It is not suitable for skin that is over 40, yet very sensitive and unfortunately still prone to blemishes—in fact, it makes these issues worse. It would be great if you could create a product for skin over 40 that contains ingredients that don’t cause further congestion, but instead actively help to combat existing blemishes.

Delivery, good packaging

I have been using the color changing foundation stick for several months. I have tried multiple other companies that say they have foundation for mature skin. Nothing compares to the Facelove product! It leaves my skin soft and dewy looking while hiding any imperfections. I love this product!

Amazing Products!!
Especially the mascara Everlove is one of the best I've ever tasted. My eyelashes never looked so good and big and beautiful. I had always issues with mascara and had always red eyes because of the products. But since I've tried the mascara at Faccelove it chanced. Thank you so much!

I received my first order about a month ago and love it! The first time I wore it when I got home my husband said "WOW! Your makeup looks amazing". This is significant because we have been married for 38 years and he has NOT commented on my makeup in at least 37 years! I am now waiting on my 2nd order with mascara, lipstick, eyeshadow and more -- Cant wait to try these products too! Oh! I also shared my 2nd stick of foundation (from original order) with a friend and she loved it too! Thank you Facelove for helping me feel pretty again!

Looks good, but removing is a bit tricky, as it falls of in pieces sometimes

I was able to get a one time purchase so that is good. We'll see if they honor that next month.
Now for the product.
They all want you to but 3 or 5 items and try to force you into a subscription. If you do not go hunt for the button to uncheck, you will be screwed.
How can you sign up for all this when you have no idea how the product will work. I used their foundation base stick for almost two weeks. It didn't cover anything up. It melted right into my face. But I could still see everything underneath it. It didn't make it one smooth based color. It was just like putting face cream on b4 bed. It was very easy and smooth to put on. However it made my face sticky. Like sunscreen that hadn't been rubbed in enough. It says, you don't have to rub it in very much. 3 days of everything sticking to my face. My hair blowing in the wind mostly. So I started trying to rub it in more. It didn't help. The only resolution to that was using a powder foundation. It works great as a powder foundation as the powder blended to one smooth tone, and it stuck to the tacky foundation stick that was already on my face. But that's not what I bought it for.
Now for the refund policy.
Yes, they say you can return it within 30 days, as long as it's unopened and unused. Otherwise you're out fifty seven bucks. There is another brand that I would recommend over love your face by far.

Product is not what they advertised is completely different than what they say it do I will not recommend this product to anyone that is looking for real results this is scam products

This Mascara is the BEST Mascara I have ever used. It does everything it is marketed to do. My lashes look like lash extensions. I just did a full gym work out (I am a face sweater) my eye lashes look just as good as when I first applied it. Previously used Sky High by M ... I am switching to this Mascara!

Doesn't cover redness or dark spots unless you put it on thick! Still didn't cover red cheeks.
