A1 fast service

Had my bike stole. In Adelaide and emailed four companies for a replacement quote at 8:30am. Lux was the only shop to get back to me that same day. Had my new bike with all the custom parts fitted in three days.

Bought heaps of stuff off these guys and they are always helpful with fast delivery, plus the shop is sick!

Was quick to fix an incorrect order they sent me and was an easy experience.

Great store, great prices and friendly crew. If my bike hadn't been stolen recently Id definitely be spending way too much money here!

I would always pick purchasing from LUXBMX over any other store. The shop guys are friendly and really helpful and will always make an effort to clarify orders if required. Their stock range is amazing and always throw some stickers or a DVD in my order as a extra. Couldn't ask for a better service :)

Lux BMX has the largest range of BMX bikes & accessories. The range of product is not only the highest quality but fantastic value for money. Lux's friendly customer service is outstanding, their product knowledge is extensive, with attention to detail in bike building and servicing Lux has everything to meet your BMX needs. My experience with their online service has been equally great, awesome communication with super fast shipping. I highly recommend Lux get in and check em out.

Very helpful staff who organised my order swiftly to ensure I had it before Christmas, just great.

I've reached out multiple times using the "contact us" dialogue that pops up on the website to purchase more products (that I can't add to cart, etc) and have received no response whatsoever. I find I have to call LUX direct to do proper business. The call experience is great but the web experience is seemingly still lacking. Sooo, not bad or good, just neutral for me.

Update: LUX was kind to call me direct and let me know they were closed down during a span of the holiday when I was trying to contact them through the site.

Mitch n Evan have built my sons last two 18" sweettooths...booth times they have gone over the top with the builds in both setup n the construction... If its a quality bike build, spare parts or servicing LUX is the shop
